I am rejecting this response because:the business is still calling me a liarAs I said multiple times when my husband picked up the vehicle it was getting late and he did not look closely at the passenger side dashboardHe was focused on getting home to help put our two children to bed .You are insinuating that he broke the dashboard which is asinineI find your responses to me insultingI find it completely sexist the fact that you wouldn't call me when my father told me you were supposed to as well your lack of response after I sent you an email documenting my horrendous experienceYou avoided me at all costs.
Regards,

Tell us why hereI received an e-mail from ** *** that he felt he was shorted on a rebate for a deal he did with our dealership on 5/28/16. It was a Sunday when I got the e-mail and I told him I would investigate his concern first thing Monday morning. I explained to him that
if he was entitled to this extra $rebate I would see to it personally that Ford sent him a check right away. After verifying through Fords incentive claiming system I discovered that the month 0.0% offer that Mr ***r took did not have an extra $rebate. I sent him several e-mails explaining the process of determining incentives and told him I was 100% sure that he was not eligible to receive that rebate. He sent me a screen shot of the ad he saw on Ford.Com, and he is correct in his statement that the ad does word that you get $rebate with month financing at 0.0%. I asked him to refer to the fine print under that ad that states the $offer is only valid on SPECIFIC dealer stock units. Each dealer is assigned “Special Bonus Tag Units” based on the number of the vehicle line they have in stock on 1st of the month. For example, we have escapes in stock and had 10% or units designated as “Special Bonus tag units”. These units only are eligible for an Extra $retail cash or $Lease cash. Ford Motor Company is advertising 0.0% for and $1000, but the $are only on “Special Bonus Tag units” I further explained to *** *** that his vehicle was not one of the specific units marked as "bonus tag" vehicles. I told him I would make a call to Ford Program Headquarters to make sure that I didn't make a mistake. After talking to Charlotte at ***, she looked up the program number #*** that *** *** was questioning and told me that I was indeed correct and his Escape was not a “special tag unit” and did not get that extra $rebate. I shared that information with him, and even told him I could arrange a conference call with Ford Program Headquarters and we could go over his concern together. I do not know ** *** spoke with at Ford but would be happy to put him in contact with the correct incentive people. I apologized to *** *** that he could not discuss with our General Manager as he is out on a medical issue for another few weeks and I am in charge of the sales operations until he returns. I understand *** ***’s concerns and the television advertising and website advertising that Ford Motor Company is currently promoting makes it look like all those vehicles are eligible for the extra $1000. Unfortunately the fine print discloses only select vehicles get the special bonus tag cash *** M***, General Sales Manager

Customer purchased a used truck form Haldeman that came with free oil changes. Customer brought his vehicle in for a oil change on 5/19/and waited for vehicleAfter vehicle was serviced customer left dealership and called later that day to say he noticed small dent on tailgate
After notifying police and review of video inside shop, it was determined damage was not done while vehicle was in Haldeman's possessionTalked to *** and his brother in law *** about damage and offered to work with his insurance company and possible discounts at our body shop as that is the best we can do since we did not damage his vehicleCustomer feels New Jersey police and Haldeman will not help him and will never do business in New Jersey againUnable to satisfy customer as customer requests new tailgate even though Haldeman did not damage vehicle. Thanks JR B***l GM
