This customer called me regarding the problem after a month . Which there was no waranty . I tried to tell her there was no waranty . I can take the truck in to the shop and check wat it needs . but I did not promise Amy any Waranty or worked till she said she wants know how much it takes and if I have a car that I can loan her . I didnt make her sign any blank paper and I m sure no one would do that at my dealership.She explained me her stituation and I offered her car to drive to wrk with no charges. Which I didn't have to do that. I even paid for towing from my pocket .She said she can take care of that and repair if we can add that on her monthly Payments . I have witness of everything I did to the truck and invoice for every part was bought. Right know she has denied everything we talked about .I have all the text message talking to her regarding her late payment and 2months ago she said she will come and pay . Which she didn't. I called her various time regarding her payments and my employees did too . The truck she has been driving everyday since its been fix and she was not one day without car . I gave her 2012 versa just yo help her which I can prove how many miles she put . All the charges are all agreed by her . we will hold the car for her till 15 days as we stated before and she got her numbers wrong we did not charge her 1600 in repair . I did alot which I think is enough which in this case no other dealer would have done .

I am rejecting this response because: In response to star Auto Sales. On July 5th I picked up my mail and Received a letter notice from star auto sales post marked june 30th. I opened the letter and it was dated june 23rd 2017. they waited one full week, 7 days to mail a 10 day notice. that left me 3 days those being a holiday weekend. they reoped my vehicle on the 3rd of july prior to me receiving the letter on the 5th due to the holiday weekend. they reposessed my vehicle before the 10 days were up. from post marked. I should not have to pay repo fee due to them taking the truck on the 10th day they thought was correct. but I had no clue of the letter. i bought the F-150 on Feb 25th 2017. I put 5,000 down. 13 month payment plan of 186.00 once per month for the sale price of 7,554.72 the vehicle was in my care for one month and engine light came on and truck broke down they agreed to tow truck to shop and fix vehicle on march 10th. he then had me come sign a blank paper said its for records. I signed the front and back. tank had over half tank gas. I picked up the truck 8 days later on march 18th. they went over a paper with me that turned out to be the blank paper I had previously signed. but it said I owed 819. 50 for the repairs because for some reason I was all of a sudden paying half of 1,638.82 from repairs. they told me I already signed the paper?! the same day the engine light came on they gave me 3 vehicles to drive back n forth to work. I then accepted employment at Amazon. those 3 vehicles broke down each vehicle broke down ! I couldnt get to tracy for work not even modesto for my other job. they had my truck from march 10th. I contacted [redacted] the owner of star auto sales about my truck on march 28th about the status. they told me they ordered a part from "far away". he said it will take several days for the part to come in. I asked him what was wrong with the truck and he said a small water pump is all thats wrong and I should have my truck back that evening... that doesnt make sense! may 18th he told me the truck is almost done to stop calling him because he will contact me when the truck is done. he sounded irritated like as if I was in the wrong for wanting my only vehicle back. so they had my truck in the shop from march 10th until June 1st. I couldnt get to work due to their vehicles they "loaned" me. when I got the vehicle from the dealer ship i went straight to a mechanic had it scanned by two different scanners. both stating the same problem before going into the shop two months prior ! I want my truck I want to catch up on my payments and in fact had the money to pay on the date they repoed it and still have the money ready. he even stated in his response to the Revdex.com that I will be late again this month on the 25th. I wouldnt be late again if he woulld just let me pay what I owe currently and behind. I want to pay for my vehicle. nut he has had my vehicle for two months. while I struggled to work around no vehicle and no help from family I am alone in this a person and mother. I honestly feel he took my truck for two months and did nothing to fix it because after two months it should had been fixed. either give me my 5,000 back or let me catch up on my payments and we can both start off on a better note. if he sells my truck I lost 5,000 dollars and could possible lose my home I now have no vehicle to drive back n forth to work.
