I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.-The work performed on my house is unsatisfactory, not the professional job for which I paid $ Both the salesperson and the owner admitted that the job was not estimated correctly, and anybody can see the paint job is shoddy work The salesperson said the company would make the situation right, and that is what I expectI paid for a professional job, and my paying more money-$1100.00-$1900.00- is not the answer or the solution, regardless of this 'generous' offer made by the general manager A generous offer would be to repaint my house or refund my money Regards, [redacted] ***

We provided the customer with a contract to put one coat of paint on her home. The customer signed our contract for applying one coat of paint and we fulfilled the contract in full. We used gallons of paint on the customer’s home which was more than planned for but the customer was
not charged for the overageUpon completion of the job, the customer wanted another coat of paint applied but did not want to pay for a second coat. We offered her an initial price to apply a second coat which she refused. Then we offered her a discounted price for the second coat and also offered to paint the front side of her house at no charge. She refused all of our offers. We tried to work with her but she was not willing to pay to have the second coat of paint put on her home. We feel we gave the customer several fair options. We’re sorry she didn’t take our offers

The General Manager of CertaPro called the customer and spoke with her. He made another generous priced offer to to put a second coat of paint on her home. The customer refused our offer. We have contacted the customer in person and made serveral offers and the customer has rejected all of our efforts for a reasonable resolution to her dissatisfaction. The customer signed our contract to paint coat and that's what we did

The salesperson came to my house (after the visit from the owner who took pictures). She also took pictures and said that she had underestimated the situation and that the company would make the job right. This was AFTER the proposals that I pay additional monies. When I called, they offered to paint the 'front' of the house. I said no, and was told that the owner would contact me. I waited and no one called. I talked again with the salesperson who said the owner was to contact me and he did not

I paid for a professional job, and my paying more money-$1100.00-$1900.00- is not the answer or the solution, regardless of this 'generous' offer made by the general manager.  A generous offer would be to repaint my house or refund my money.
