This letter is in response to a complaint filed against the Hale Kai O' Kihei Condominium Rental Pool on 6/29/and filed ID number ***.The guest stated that he booked a Hale Kai Kihei condo through *** on 6/28/and then immediately cancelled the reservation.
*** ran the guest's credit card for the initial booking.The guest contacted the BetterBus ness Bu rea u that Ha le Kai Ki hei would not refund his booking he made through ***We (a company that markets rooms at the Hale Kai Kihei ) didnot have access to the guest'scred it card information, nor did we charge the guest.The guest's dispute seems to have been with ***.We followed
up with our partners at *** to look into the cancelled reservation to assure this guest was refunded in full through *** for his cancelled
reservation***confirmed that this guest was indeed refunded in full on 6/29/and the charges can take up to days to show back up in his account.The email correspondence from *** is attached.In conclusion, this guest was refunded in full for their cancelled reservation
