I have mulitple emails from [redacted] ***There was no miscommunication [redacted] is using this current apartment to scam clients, especially military personnel [redacted] asked me to mail her my security deposit before I even signed the leaseThe "owner" (which I also have emails to prove) went from being a male in the service to a female which is very disturbing because she took a picture of my military idFor the purpose of showing the owner that I was militaryWhen I emailed [redacted] and told her that I was not comfortable with submitting a payment before signing the lease she immediately stopped contacting meI waited two days before contacting her again in which I had to call a different number for herA different woman answered and I asked if this was Hale Nani Realty because she answered the phone as if it wasnt a businessShe wouldnt tell me who she was, which normally you do when you pick up the phone if you're a businessI received a call back form [redacted] 's cell phone shortly after asking for the wrong personWhen I told her who I was she immediately claimed she received my emails and didnt have time to call me backWhen I told her that I felt like this was a scam and to have the owner's information since she had all of my information, she told me to go somewhere else since I couldnt trust herShe did not explain anything about not being able to release that informationThe address she gave me did not existShe had no clue where this apartment wasWe walked around the entire complex before she found itIf she is a realtor and she should know exactly where the property isThis entire experience with [redacted] was unprofessional, unorganized, and it is in fact illegalAgain everything she has stated above is not true and I would like for her business to be reported so this does not happen to anyone else

This lady Debbie will not return our security deposit and when it was time to move out she charged us a ridiculous amount of money for small repairs now she's claims that we did not pay for months of electric bills when we have a invoice that she had already deducted previously I honestly would not recommend her business it's now December 19th and we still haven't received our security deposit and when I asked for the electric bill she says that it will delay us receiving our deposit check
