Realtor Company manages a Rental Home that the land debris and saftey needs to be addressed. The land is forming a Sinkhole from the canal area.Please help us will corner home of [redacted] and [redacted]. The homeowner's were aware of the problem before putting on the market to Rent. If the Realty cames they know nothing wrong of the matter about the land then it is an issue of not properly inspection of the home and land. The land of the Canal/Ditch that is between 2 rental homes that are being addressed by Realtor's. It is hurting our Community. The road is flooding because debris off the property is causing the drainage to clog. The other home renter prior had hurt himself at the hole that is forming by the road drainage pipe. The State DOT say's, "it is the homeowner's place to keep the debris out the ditch." The homeowner's trust in Realtor's to manage the up keep. They would know of this problem if they have done inspection since Nov 2013, taken there is no concerns been address to clean it then no one has been out. The Renter's say, "They told the Realtor." We are trying to get our Community Clean. The road is flooding near the home because the Storm Water cannot go any where blocked by debris. Please ask the company to trim and clean up the debris. Please to be cautious when doing so because their not taken care of things has the land dangerous areas. It is not place for the Renter's to clean. It needs to be professional done because the Sinkhole that is forming on the land. The mess was their before current renters. The standing water cause it worse in Mosquito's and the area smells like Mold. We lost our home to Mold. Our yard now is holding a lot of water. The land is already pour soil. I have tried to warn the neighborhood what the Engineer said about our house. It would not Survie a Hurricane 3. In learning of our home being fixed that the house of the community are Lemon House built wrong. Our walls are not attached to the Concrete Foundation. The rental home set on higher property. The home needs to be inspected by professional to see if the foundation has also seperated from the walls. Thanks Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] DOT and Enviromental Health say's "it's the homeower's place to keep up keep of the property including the ditch drainage."Desired SettlementWe are asking that they clean their part of the land. Remove debris out the ditch and cut back the tree's so DOT and Enviromental Health can have a better path way to abserve the land to find and fix the blockage. DOT is not responsible for Ditch Canals Debris. No throwing limbs and leaves over the fence. It's the Realtor's place for up keep of Home Owner's have left them in trusting they do so. This has made our Community look back, smell back and more mosquito then needed. I am tired of cleaning up someone else mess when they are getting paid to do so.
