Everything was installed and completed by Dec. 13, 2017.  What he was reffering to as far as everything was the [redacted] communication device which was yes on back order but that has nothing to do with his tax credits.  Tax credits are based off of the installation and the electrican...

inspection which was done within a week of the start of his installation.  The [redacted] is just a communications device that allows the customer to monitor his system.  Installation started on Nov 30th and completed by Dec 1st, electrical inspections was done on Dec. 6 and we went back on Dec 13th to install the [redacted].   The reason we ask for full payment is so the customer gets the tax credits.

Good afternoon Ms. [redacted], Thanks for your letter.  We will be more than happy to review Mr. [redacted]'s lost wages reimbursement request. In order to prove lost wages, we will first need to know exactly which days he took off, gather all the appropriate documentation to support the lost...

wages request.  Normally, we will need a letter from his employer indicating how much time he took off, what his hourly rate of pay or the monthly salary is, how many hours a week he normally work, and whether or not he typically work overtime.  Once we have the necessary documentation, we will determine the number of hours that he missed.  Overtime is typically not guaranteed, so he will need to provide documentation that shows his regular worked overtime. We can calculate an average based on his last 2 or 3 months of work.  (not just one pay check stub) Multiply the number of hours he missed by his hourly rate to arrive at the total lost wages calculation.Let me know how you'd like to proceed. Regards,Sharon N[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: In the response the Business is explaining that it requires full payment even though he agreed on saying everything was not installed. Thank you to Revdex.com. So the Business did come and install the communication which was indeed a part of my installation. It's like I'm buying a car with A/C and you are telling me please pay in full the car and we will install the A/C afterwards. This is not acceptable.  Even though my personal situation is now resolved (Thank you Revdex.com). I think the Business must be educated to not ask full payment before he completes the job. Thank you
Sincerely,

Dear Ms. N[redacted],Thank you for the response.  I do not mean to “reject” your response but it seems to be the only option in order to continue to work towards getting Haleakala Solar to fulfill it’s promise to us.You are now asking for documentations which will be extremely time consuming to gather, and my private financial information which I am not willing to share, much less post here, and is not relevant in this issue.  I will share what I think is reasonable, and refer to the agreement that was made with Haleakala Solar regarding reimbursement for missing work which I hope will be adequate to resolve this issue so we all can move on from this frustrating experience.I work as a teacher, and [redacted] works as a [redacted].  We do not have “overtime” nor are we able to take part of a day off.On 9/14/15 I wrote to Haleakala Solar’s Customer Relations Manager Sharon that: “We ask that the equivalent of Jen's daily salary be reimbursed for each day that either one of us have to miss work or a weekend day again for this until this is all done.”On 9/15/15, Sharon responded that: “The cost will be minimal and Haleakala will reimburse.”On 9/16/15 my ex-wife wrote: “Thank you for making arrangements on your end with [redacted]. We contacted him today to make an appointment for an inspection. We are available weekends and late afternoons/evenings. [redacted] is available Friday or Monday, but not before [redacted] can be home from work at 3:15pm or me before 6pm. This requires one of us to take time away from our work as leave without pay. [redacted] had already explained in a previous email that he used his 'personal leave' for work he missed to respond to the leaks.I do not have any leave time remaining. Please remember, we will need to be fully compensated for missed wages.”We did not get a response so on 9/17/15 my ex-wife wrote: “Please confirm again that when one of us calls out to work, we will be fully reimbursed lost wages.”On 9/17/15, Sharon wrote back: “I’m sorry I didn’t reference that earlier [redacted]. Yes Haleakala Solar will reimburse your lost wages.”[redacted]’s daily income is well north of $400 a day, however I didn’t have a specific number handy on 5/3/17 when I  made the reimbursement request so I rounded it down to $400 a day.  I also did not count the weekend days lost that we had to deal with this even though Haleakala agreed they would reimburse us for those as well. As for dates - I did not document the dates of the first two leaks and ceiling damage/collapse, I would need your help with this if you need specific dates.  Looking at my email correspondence, the other two weekday dates of work missed were on 9/21/15 and 2/1/16.  There may have been more weekdays missed by either myself or [redacted], and there ARE several weekend days that we had to give up for this.  However, I am not finding those dates (other than some of the weekend dates) and am not asking for the weekend reimbursements.  Therefore I’m asking for those two dates, and the two original leak/interior damage days, totaling 4 days.  4x$400 = $1600I am looking for Haleakala to follow through on their promise to do right by us, and I asked for reimbursement of 4 days.  The more that Haleakala fights me on this, or makes this difficult, the more I’m going to push back which will not end well for either of us, but more so for Haleakala.  If you need me to forward any of our emails with Haleakala so you can have copies of the agreement that was made, I will be glad to do so. Sincerely,[redacted]
