this trailer court is owned by [redacted] and she is the owner .this woman has her son's doing some of the work for her and also someone else that lives on another property she ownsthe [redacted] family does not fix things in there trailers they just patch it upthere is trailers out here that has mold in them some with the floors falling in and the stairs on the porch is built wrong and they will make you fall like I havethe celling in the bathroom is falling in the tub is broken in half the elec box keeps throwing the fuses and the floor is falling in in the kitchenshe knows about these problems and don't do nothing but patch up what she can do cheapall she looks at is the money your paying and she tells you who to have in your house and how manyshe really don't care for black folks or Mexicans but she knows she has to rent to every oneI have reported her to the codes department and she told the code man when he came out that money was not a problem for her and he passed everything that was wrong with my placeI never wanted to move in this area do to the drugs and she knows its going on out here and don't careand because I had heard how she was, but I had no other chooseI don't think no one needs to rent from this woman on anything, she has houses and trailers as wellif she doesn't use her name she will use her dead husbands name to get people to rent from her

I have been living in hales trailer court for months and from day of moving in there hasn't been nothing but police out here, from drugs to people hiding out wanted peoplemonths ago I called mrs*** and told her I found mold in my trailer, her reply was there is nothing she can do about it and if I move out I get no deposit backI have also had a friend leave her car here while she is out of town so I can watch it so no one would do nothing to it and mrs *** gave me a notice to move yesterday because of the extra car being here claiming there is more living here then what is on my leaseim moving out and don't care about the deposit and I don't advice anyone to move in this place at allshe don't fix things and if she tries too its half way donethis man cant fix nothing right and it is always having to be redone cause they patch up thingsmrs*** don't like black people, and tells other people there trashim black and don't agreeanyone ask me I will never rent from her again
