Review: Bought a used car at haley and they claim a 127 point inspection on the car even put on current state insperction. But 3000 miles later the front brakes were totally shot that it even ruined the rotor. The heater hoses were completely worn and the engine coolant had not been changed in years.. Contacted [redacted] the sales manager about this at first he would do nothing until I said it was a safety issue and they placed an inspection sticker on a vechicle without ever inspecting the brakes. Changed his story and said come in to discuss it but when my son got there he left the premises and some 3 weeks later he has not ever tried to call back. My complaint is that they are putting inspection stickers on used vechicles even though they may have serious safety issues apparently just to sell themDesired Settlement: Change the way they do business so the next unsuspecting person is not caught

Revdex.com spoke with the business. This vehicle was sold "As-Is" the state inspection was up to date. The business does not sell vehicles with a passing inspection sticker unless the vehicle would pass inspection. The customer was unhappy with work they had to have done to the vehicle but took the vehicle to a different location. After finding this put the business offered the customer free services similar in the price amount spend for the work done.

Review: Drove vehicle to dealership last week for a recall repair. The recall was specific to the ignition lock cylinder freezing. The cylinder had frozen multiple times in the past and been repaired. The previous freeze required the cylinder be drilled out. The dealership was informed that the cylinder was drilled out. Dealership performed repairs and in doing so locked up the cylinder‚ making the car inoperable‚ was unable to fix so had to order additional parts. Provided me a loaner car while they "took care of things. Was informed today that the dealership would charge me for the parts even though the car was driven to the lot and operated properly before the "repair". Did not provide an estimate or get approval for a $200 repair. Dealership provided vehicle today which made it 15 miles before cutting off. Was able to start the car again, but it is unsafe for a vehicle to cut off while driving. I was given until next Friday to pay the "repair" cost before the dealership takes out a lien on my vehicle. There should be no cost as this was a recall repair and in doing the repair the additional damage was done. Fact - Drove my car to the lot | Fact - Could not drive the car after their "repair."Desired Settlement: Want my car fixed properly and do not want to pay for their mistake or poor workmanship.
