To Ms*** or whom ever it may concern , Let me start by saying that if you read these entire pages , I sincerely hope and pray that your headache goes away very soon I have been trying to read it since 06/, and all I could do was skim over it each time A great majority of what was sent to you by *** *** is nothing but a bunch of psycho-babbling-buffalo chips I used to wonder , but now I'm convinced - * *** *** *** number goal in life is to have a psychiatric disorder named after him . I told him from the start that I was a photographer That I take pictures of EVERYTHING But he wouldn't cooperate and do what was expected of him as a class a contractor I think that it is sad that after receiving keys to the home on February 13th and I STILL CANNOT take a shower in the dollhouse size showers at my home I have to shower at my Granddad's house It is just this past Wednesday that I was able to use the washer for the first time Not to mention having to use the laundry mat for a year . I never asked the dealer to do any charity , courtesy , or volunteer work for me I've told him before that I did not go to the bank to obtain a loan for any kind of habitat house However , I do expect to get everything that I pay for Speaking of pay Yes I did use the final draw as a means of leverage That happened back in November And that was because the basement had passed bank inspection and didn't have windows or doors installed *** *** homes seems to exhibit a hint of motivation when his cash flow is interrupted . As for bad weather being a delay , is he referring to the weather that we had in February ? I will forward a copy of all inspections , both passed and failed after this email I will also forward emails with me asking for items to be repaired or replaced multiple times I will also forward pictures of some of the damage to my home by his people Such as an exterior French door that his workers damaged by putting a screw thru then outside of the door in an effort to secure their tools inside the home while they were away *** *** homes always makes reference back to the dead guy that installed the door I'm not complaining about the installation but the damage that was done to door by workers under his watch He has offered to "consider paying for one section of the door if the cost is not too much" When I ordered the door , I didn't order a section at a time , I ordered the whole French door and that is how I want it replaced . Because of the property not being easily accessible to a lot of vehicle traffic during *** *** homes' visit , I had no choice but to wait for my well and septic people to enter the lot By the way - anybody that I hired to do work on my property did it in a very timely manner and exited the premises in an even timelier manner My well people (*** *** ***) , septic people (*** *** ***) , and gutter people (*** ***) all came in did a superb job and neither have had reason to come back for repairs later - unlike *** *** CLASS A CONTRACTOR homes . I saw in his comment about hand rails being moved as a favor to me What "class a contractor" with half of a brain would have to be told that handrails should be placed on the same side (that's stairs to the landing and then on to the floor) . I started out with a foot basement The duct work was moved because it was hanging down to foot inches And his answer at first was that "it passed inspection" And The sewer pipe has a fall on it that won't even let me have an foot ceiling in the toilet area of the basement It measures foot inches And *** *** homes says "it passed inspection" I asked the inspector if the pipe fell to feet would it still pass , and he said "yes it would" Doesn't make it right though . After being in the home a while I noticed same of the ceiling lights would flicker when being turned on After a little investigating I discovered that the fixtures I checked were not wired properly Must be from when I came out to the house one afternoon and found the front and back doors open , all lights on - and you guessed it - nobody's around After about minutes *** *** homes' general contractor mrbrooks shows up with an explanation He told me that there was one light causing a breaker to trip and he was leaving them to "watch them go out" That is when I asked *** *** homes about mrbrooks' license Like , "how can he have a license when he can't read meter for trouble shooting?" That is when he told me that "brooks was grandfathered in" I am a retired telephone (AT&T) worker that left in with years and I have NEVER heard of such foolishness Because of things like this I feel forced to hire a home inspector I'd hate to loose the house to a fire due to the negligence of some bozo . The power Yes His workers could hardly wait for me to connect it The generators weren't running , but the saws and drills were jumping , as if the power was in *** *** homes' name I told him about it on different occasions ., Finally I put a lock on the box I'm used to contractors putting temporary power in their names , not STEAL from customers He came real close to being reported to Dominion Power . And maybe , just maybe you can look into why my initial contract shows my home sales price INFLATED by $20,*** *** homes called me one day to tell me that the bank BBnT "caught the inflated price and removed it Your pretend wife must have told them" He was referring to my fiancé I think that he calls her "pretend wife" because he can't pronounce fiancé , spell finance , or both I still have wasp , flies , hornets , bees and probably lions and tigers and bears to boot . This fiasco has taken me away from my family for over a year How could something so screw up take so long ? As for the over sized decks , if he couldn't handle the size he should have passed the job to someone who could This guy will slowly start to reap what he has sowed He should seriously consider watching *** *** To Catch A Contractor on SPIKE tv Thank you - *** ***

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,
[redacted]
To Ms. [redacted] or whom ever it may concern ,
Let me start by saying that if you read these entire 3 pages , I sincerely hope and pray that your headache goes away very soon . I have been trying to read it since 06/05 , and all I could do was skim over it each time . A great majority of what was sent to you by [redacted] is nothing but a bunch of psycho-babbling-buffalo chips . I used to wonder , but now I'm convinced - [redacted] number 1 goal in life is to have a psychiatric disorder named after him .
I told him from the start that I was a photographer . That I take pictures of EVERYTHING . But he wouldn't cooperate and do what was expected of him as a class a contractor . I think that it is sad that after receiving keys to the home on February 13th and I STILL CANNOT take a shower in the dollhouse size showers at my home . I have to shower at my Granddad's house . It is just this past Wednesday that I was able to use the washer for the first time . Not to mention having to use the laundry mat for a year .
I never asked the dealer to do any charity , courtesy , or  volunteer work for me . I've told him before that I did not go to the bank to obtain a loan for any kind of habitat house . However , I do expect to get everything that I pay for . Speaking of pay . Yes I did use the final draw as a means of leverage . That happened back in November 2014 . And that was because the basement had passed bank inspection and didn't have windows or doors installed . [redacted] homes seems to exhibit a hint of motivation when his cash flow is interrupted .
As for bad weather being a delay , is he referring to the weather that we had in February ? I say that the failed inspections were the biggest factor . Along with his "grandfathered-in general contractor mr. brooks . The guy would time after time come out to fix one thing and break another .
I will forward a copy of all inspections , both passed and failed after this email . I will also forward emails with me asking for items to be repaired or replaced multiple times . I will also forward pictures of some of the damage to my home by his people . Such as an exterior French door that his workers damaged by putting a screw thru then outside of the door in an effort to secure their tools inside the home while they were away . [redacted] homes always makes reference back to the dead guy that installed the door . I'm not complaining about the installation but the damage that was done to door by workers under his watch . He has offered to "consider paying for one section of the door if the cost is not too much" . When I ordered the door , I didn't order a section at a time , I ordered the whole French door and that is how I want it replaced .
Because of the property not being easily accessible to a lot of vehicle traffic during [redacted] homes' visit , I had no choice but to wait for my well and septic people to enter the lot . By the way - anybody that I hired to do work on my property did it in a very timely manner and exited the premises in an even timelier manner . My well people ([redacted]) , septic people ([redacted]) , and gutter people ([redacted]) all came in did a superb job and neither have had reason to come back for repairs later - unlike [redacted] CLASS A CONTRACTOR homes .
I saw in his comment about hand rails being moved as a favor to me . What "class a contractor" with half of a brain would have to be told that handrails should be placed on the same side (that's stairs to the landing and then on to the floor) .
I started out with a 10 foot basement . The duct work was moved because it was hanging down to 6 foot 9 inches . And his answer at first was that "it passed inspection" . And The sewer pipe has a fall on it that won't even let me have an 8 foot ceiling in the toilet area of the basement . It measures 7 foot 11 inches . And [redacted] homes says "it passed inspection" . I asked the inspector if the pipe fell to 4 feet would it still pass , and he said "yes it would" . Doesn't make it right though .
After being in the home a while I noticed same of the ceiling lights would flicker when being turned on . After a little investigating I discovered that the fixtures I checked were not wired properly . Must be from when I came out to the house one afternoon and found the front and back doors open , all lights on - and you guessed it - nobody's around . After about 15 minutes [redacted] homes' general contractor mr. brooks shows up with an explanation . He told me that there was one light causing a breaker to trip and he was leaving them to "watch them go out" . That is when I asked [redacted] homes about mr. brooks' license . Like , "how can he have a license when he can't read  meter for trouble shooting?" That is when he told me that "brooks was grandfathered in" . I am a retired telephone (AT&T) worker that left in 2009 with 36 years and I have NEVER heard of such foolishness . Because of things like this I feel forced to hire a home inspector . I'd hate to loose the house to a fire due to the negligence of some bozo .
The power . Yes . His workers could hardly wait for me to connect it . The generators weren't running , but the saws and drills were jumping , as if the power was in [redacted] homes' name . I told him about it on 2 different occasions ., Finally I put a lock on the box . I'm used to contractors putting temporary power in their names , not STEAL from customers . He came real close to being reported to Dominion Power .
And maybe , just maybe you can look into why my initial contract shows my home sales price INFLATED by $20,000.00 . [redacted] homes called me one day to tell me that the bank BBnT "caught the inflated price and removed it . Your pretend wife must have told them" He was referring to my fiancé . I think that he calls her "pretend wife" because he can't pronounce fiancé , spell finance , or both . I still have wasp , flies , hornets , bees and probably lions and tigers and bears to boot .
This fiasco has taken me away from my family for over a year . How could something so screw up take so long ? As for the over sized decks , if he couldn't handle the size he should have passed the job to someone who could . This guy will slowly start to reap what he has sowed . He should seriously consider watching [redacted] To Catch A Contractor on SPIKE tv . Thank you - [redacted].

Review: I was told I would have a brand new home within a 3 to 4 month period. It has been over a year in which I have been away from my family and all I have is headache after headache. If I would not have been there I would have 13 poles in my basement, the staircase would be on the wrong side of the house, and only God knows what else would have happened. It took them multiple times to pass inspections on everything they were working on. I have water leaks in my basement, a crack in my ceiling, bugs in my attic, a soccer ball size hole in the bathroom that was hidden behind a mirror that came from [redacted], a never used sink that is rusting, a shower that I can not use because the top of the track for the shower door is at my nose, staples in my roof tiles, doors that were installed improperly, and every day I find other things that are wrong in the house. This whole ordeal has put me under so much stress that I have had to be put on depression medication.Desired Settlement: He should loose his license. No family should be put through the mental anguish and frustrations of trying to put a home together.

MY RESPONSE/SUMMARY: FIRST THING IS THERE IS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. THEONLY CONTRACT THAT WAS NOT FOLLOWED WAS THE CUSTOMER NOT RELEASINGBANK DRAWS AS THEY WERE LISTED ON THE CONTRACT WITH HIS OWN BANK FORDRAW PAYMENTS THUS HE WAS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR MONTHS OF THE BUILDPROCESS, BUT I NEVER STOPPED WORKING ON THE PROJECT. ALSO THE CUSTOMERHAD CONTROL OVER HIS OWN WELL AND SEPTIC CONTRACTORS WITH HIS OWN BANKALLOWANCE I COULD NOT ORDER WELL OR SEPTIC SYSTEMS TO BE INSTALLED ONLYTHE CUSTOMER COULD AND ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETE TO GET THE BUILDINGINSPECTOR TO ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THE 3 TO 4 MONTHS THECUSTOMER IS REFERRING TO WAS ONLY TOLD TO HIM AS I TELL EVERY CUSTOMERWHEN THEY ASK FOR A TIME FRAME" FROM DAY OF DELIVERY IT USUALLY TAKESABOUT 3 TO 4 MONTHS WEATHER PERMITIING AND NOT INCLUDING WELL, ELECTRICCOMPANY OR SEPTIC CONTRACTORS THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER. FROM THEHOME ORDERED FROM THE FACTORY ON "4-15-14" TO DELIVERED TO THE BUILDINGSITE "6-24-14" THIS WAS THE ONLY FIXED TIME THE CUSTOMER WAS GIVEN 4 TO 8WEEKS FOR THE DELIVERY. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR BUILDING SITE TO DRY FROM RAINIT WAS A NEW BULL DOZED RED CLAY SITE FOR THE HOME TO SET ON THE CUSTOMERBASEMENT ON "7-8-14" TO READY TO MOVE IN PER THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TOISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY ON "1-23-15" THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATESWERE CHANGES WITH THE CUSTOMER SIGNING A CHANGE ORDER TO HIS CONTRACTFOR HIS DECKS. THE CUSTOMER DID CHANGE ORDER ON 7-17~14 FROM (2) 4X6 DECKSTO MUCH LARGER COVERED DECKS 10 X 16 COVERED BACK DECK AND A 8 X 10 FRONTCOVERED DECK. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT THE LARGER DECKS WOULD TAKELONGER TO BUILD. PER THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND THE CUSTOMERS BANK ALLWORK WAS INSPECTED AND DONE TO THE CORRECT BUILDING CODES AND FACTORYINSTRUCTIONS. I HAVE AND CONTINUE TO THIS DATE TO DO WORK THAT rs NOTREQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT TRYING TO MAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPY, I DO ALLREPAIRS THAT ARE REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT AND OR THE BUILDER OF THE HOMECHAMPION HOMES TO CODE. THE CUSTOMER HAD CHOSEN TO STAY IN THE AREADURING THE ENTIRE BUILDING PROCESS ON HIS OWN ACCORD AS I HAD TOLD HIM HEONLY NEEDED TO BE ON SITE TO DO INSPECTION PER HIS BANK STAGED DRAWSCHEDULE FOR AFTER THE STAGES OF COMPLETION THAT WERE ALL ITEMIZED OUT INBLACK AND WHITE "HOUSE SET, DECKS, GARAGE, ECT DECKS. THE CUSTOMER WOULDNOT LET THE BANK INSPECTOR COME OUT TO THE SITE TO AVOID ANY DRAWS AFTERTHE HOUSE SET DRAW WAS COMPLETED. HIS RESIDENCE WAS IN FLORIDA BUTACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER HE HAD FAMILY IN THE AREA AND OTHER HOUSING HECOULD UTILIZE AND WAS NOT A PROBLEM TO JUST STAY HERE AS MUCH AS HEWANTED. THE CUSTOMER DATES HE IS USING IS FOR COMPLETION OF HOME IS NOTACCURATE HE IS USING DATES FOR ALL WARRANTY REPAIRS AFTER THE BUILDINGINSPECTOR ISSUED DATE WHERE HE COULD HAVE MOVED IN. THE CUSTOMER CHOOSENOT TO MOVE IN ON HIS OWN ACCORD. FACTORY WARRANTY ITEMS ACCORDING TOTHE BUILDING INSPECTOR DO NOT HINDER CUSTOMER MOVE IN. THE CUSTOMERCOULD HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THE HOUSE ON 1-23-15. FROM HOME UNITS DELIVERYON 6-24-14 TO MOVE IN DATE PER BUILDING INSPECTOR ON 1-23-15, EVEN WITH WETWEATHER MONTHS CHANGE ORDERS FOR LARGER DECKS. EVEN IF YOU COUNT THETIME FROM ORDER THE HOME IT IS NO WHERE CLOSE TO A YEAR LIKE THE CUSTOMERSTATES. REGARDING TIME FRAMES WITH A LOT OF THE WORK DURING COLD MONTHS: THECUSTOMER WAS TOLD IT TAKES 4 TO 8 WEEKS FOR THE FACTORY TO BUILD THEHOUSE AND THE HOUSE ORDER COULD NOT BE PLACED TILL AFTER HE SIGNED BANKCONSTRUCTION CLOSING PAPERS. THE FACTORY BUILD TIME FRAME WAS THE ONLYFIXED TIME FRAME HE WAS TOLD AS THE FACTORY BUILDS THE HOUSE INSIDE AFACTORY WHERE WEATHER IS NOT A FACTOR ON THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. MYCONTRACT STATES PROPOSED COMPLETION DATE 90 DAYS FROM DELIVERY OF THEFACTORY UNITS DELIVERY WEATHER PERMITTING. THE CONTRACT DOES NOTGUARANTEE A FIXED DATE OF ALL WORK COMPLETION AS NO ONE PERSON CANPREDICT WEATHER OR SUB CONTRACTORS THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER AS WITHTHIS CUSTOMER HE HAD HIS OWN WELL AND SEPTIC ALLOWANCE AND HE ORDEREDTHE WELL AND SEPTIC. I NEVER STOPPED WORK ON THIS HOUSE EVEN WHEN THECUSTOMER REFUSED TO RELEASE THE AGREED BANK STAGED CONSTRUCTIONLOAN DRAW PAYMENTS FOR COMPLETED WORK. THE CUSTOMER TOLD THE BANK HEDID NOT WANT TO RELEASE ANY MORE DRAWS SO HE COULD KEEP LEVERAGE OVER METO MAKE SURE I DID WHAT HE WANTED. THE CUSTOMER CHANGED THE ORIGINALCONTRACT BY SIGNING A CHANGE ORDER TO THE CONTRACT REQUESTING FOR MUCHLARGER COVERED DECKS. I TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT IT WOULD TAKE LONGER TOBUILD LARGER DECKS AND WOULD ADD TO THE COMPLETION DATE. EVERY TIME THECUSTOMER HAS TOLD ME ABOUT ANY PROBLEM I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THEM EVENWHEN THEY WERE NOT REQUIRED. EXAMPLE WITH IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS, THECUSTOMER WANTED A FACTORY DUCT SYSTEM TO BE MOVED HIGHER SO HE WOULDHAVE MORE HEAD ROOM IN AN AREA OF HIS BASEMENT THIS WAS ALMOST 6 MONTHSAFTER THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WAS ISSUED BY THE BUILDINGINSPECTOR BUT I STILL CHANGED THE DUCT SYSTEM FOR HIM AT A COST OF ALMOST$1,000.00 I HAVE FIXED SHEETROCK STRESS CRACKS AFTER HIS MOVE IN DATE THATARE STATED ON HIS CONTRACT THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON SHEETROCK CRACKSAFTER HIS WALK THROUGH INSPECTION DUE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGES. STRESSCRACKS ARE A NORMAL PART OF HOME OWNERSHIP. EVERY PART OF THE BUILDPROCESS WAS INSPECTED BY A BUILDING INSPECTOR AND PASSED. THE CUSTOMERJUST REPORTED ABOUT A SMALL WATER LEAK IN THE BASEMENT BUT INSTEAD OFCONTACTING ME HE CALLS THE BUILDING INSPECTOR OFFICE AND THEY SEND ME ALETTER THAT ADDED AT LEAST A WEEK TO THE REPAIR TIME. THE SMALL LEAK HASBEEN REPAIRED. I HAVE MADE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN CHANGES TO THECUSTOMERS HOUSE ABOVE ANO BEYOND THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND WARRANTYPERIOD FOR CERTAIN ITEMS BUT NONE OF THIS MATTERS TO THIS CUSTOMER THEMORE I DO THE MORE HE ASKS FOR. I MOVED HIS HAND RAILS FROM ONE SIDE OF THESTAIRS TO THE OTHER BECAUSE HE SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CHANGE THEARM HE WAS HOLDING A BAG IN TO GO UP THE STAIRS. PER MY CONTRACT IT STATESDECKS ARE PRICED FOR 3FT AVERAGE ANYTHING OVER IS ADDITIONAL COST HIS BACKDECK IS ABOUT 10 FT IN THE AIR BUT I DID NOT CHARGE HIM. THE STAIRS ARE SOHIGH WE HAD TO BUILD A LANDING AND I DID NOT CHARGE ANY MORE HIS ELECTRICIS OVER 20 FT FROM THE HOME METER BASE AND MY CONTRACT STATES ADDITIONALFEE BUT AGAIN I DID NOT CHARGE HIM, I HAD MY ELECTRICIAN PUT LIGHTS IN HISBASEMENT AND AT HIS BACK DOOR THAT WERE NOT LISTED ON THE CONTRACT ANDAGAIN I DID NOT CHARGE HIM. EVERY TIME I AGREE TO DO SOME WORK THAT IS NOTREQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT OR IS OUT OF WARRANTY THE CUSTOMER ASK FORMORE THINGS NOT ON THE CONTRACT. THE CUSTOMER JUST INFORMED ME ABOUTTHE BUGS' IN HIS "UNFINISHED UPSTAIRS" THIS IS NOT A FINISHED 2ND FLOOR PERTHE CONTRACT IT IS A UNFINISHED CAPE COD WITH NO WALLS OR INSULATIONUPSTAIRS BUT I HAVE AGREED TO HAVE MY SERVICE MAN INSPECT THE GABLE ENDSTO MAKE SURE ALL THE GAPS ARE SEALED. THE CUSTOMER FOUND 3 OR 4 STAPLESTHAT FACTORY HAD INSTALLED FOR SHIPPING TO HOLD PLASTIC HOUSE WRAPDOWN IT IS FACTORY BUT I DID TELL MY SERVICE MAN TO REMOVE THEM AND SEAL SOHE DOES NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FACTORY. MY SERVICE MAN IS TRYING TO FIND A TIME THAT WORKS FOR THEM BOTH TO DO THE STAPLES AND STRESS CRACK"AGAIN THE STRESS CRACK IS OUT OF WARRANTY" BUT I WILL FIX AGAIN AT NOCHARGE AND THE 3 OR 4 FACTORY STAPLES IN THE TAR SHINGLES AND I ALSOAGREED TO REDO THE SHEETROCK WALLS GOING DOWN TO THE UNFINISHEDBASEMENT THAT THE FACTORY INSTALLED AND IT IS UNFINISHED AND ONE MORE TIMEI WILL NOT CHARGE HIM EVEN THOUGH THE CONTRACT DOES NOT CALL FOR IT TO BEDONE NOR DID THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. IM GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WASIS REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT. REGARDING HIS SINK AND HIS DOORS AND HOLE INA WALL BEHIND A MIRROR. THE CUSTOMER REMOVED A MIRROR TO DO CUSTOMPAINTING NOBODY KNEW A HOLE WAS THERE TILL THE MIRROR WAS REMOVED AND IHAVE REPORTED IT TO THE FACTORY WHO BUILT THE HOUSE. I THINK CHAMPIONMADE THE REPAIRS LAST WEEK TO THE SINK AND DOORS AND A FEW OTHER ITEMSACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMERS OWN EMAIL I GOT FROM HIM LAST WEEK .AND HEWAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE NEVER TOLD THE CUSTOMER I WOULDNOT FIX A ITEM THAT WAS ON HIS CONTRACT. I HAVE ALSO MADE A LOT OF REPAIRSTHAT IN NO WAY WERE REQUIRED BY THE CONTRACT. IN 20 SOME YEARS OF SELLINGHOMES I HAVE NEVER HAD A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS ONE, HE TOLD ME HIS SELF THATHE IS FROM FLORIDA AND HE TRUST NO ONE. I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THE FACTORYAS ALWAYS REGARDING HIS FACTORY WARRANTY ITEMS BUT AS FAR AS SHOWERRODS AND THE DOOR TOO LOW IT IS TO CODE AND THE CUSTOMER DID NOT REQUESTANY CHANGES AS HE SAW THE SAME SHOWER IN A MODEL ON MY SALES LOT BEFOREHE ORDERED THE HOUSE.REGARDING POLES IN HIS BASEMENT THE CUSTOMER WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THEREWOULD ONLY BE A FEW POLES IN THE BASEMENT THE FOOTER DIAGRAM FOR THEHOUSE SHOWED A POLE ABOUT EVERY 6' THE CUSTOMER WANTED TO MAKE A CHANGEWITH ADDING SOME STEEL BEAMS TO HAVE FEWER POLES IN THE BASEMENT HE WASAT THE JOB SITE FROM THE START WHEN THE BASEMENT WALLS WERE GOING UP TOTHE LAST PAINT GOING ON THE WALLS.IN SUMMARY:AS A BUSINESSMAN I HAVE COMPLETED ALL ITEMS LISTED ON THE CUSTOMERSCONTRACT WITH IN THE TIME FRAME ALLOWED AND TO PASS ALL LOCAL BUILDINGCODE INSPECTION I HAVE FIXED ALL WARRANTY ITEMS THAT I HAVE BEEN MADEAWARE OF AND CONTINUE TO DO SO. I HAVE DONE A LOT OF WORK THAT WAS NOTREQUIRED BY THE SALES CONTRACT AND I HAVE NOT CHARGED THE CUSTOMER ONECENT. I HAVE NOT EVEN CHARGED THE CUSTOMER FOR BACK INTEREST ON MONIESHE REFUSED TO LET THE BANK RELEASE FUNDS FOR WORK THAT WAS INSPECTED ANDCOMPLETED. EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER WAS IN BREACH OF THE CONTRACT BYREFUSING TO PAY FOR COMPLETED WORK PER THE CONTRACT I NEVER STOPPED WORKON THE JOB SITE. I CONTINUE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY MY UPMOST TOMAKE THIS CUSTOMER HAPPY AS UNLIKELY AS THIS SEEMS.IN CONCLUSION: MY GRAND FATHER ALWAYS SAID "IN LIFE THERE ARE GOING TO BESOME PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PLEASE THEM"TRUER WORDS HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN ! BUT I STILL TRY.
