Half Dental of Tucson

I went to half dental on oracle,I was told I would need a bidge put on ,they pulled to good existing crowns fro my two teeth next to the tooth that was broken offthe next morning the temperory bridge came right off called emrrgency conract number no help , I would not use this business again very poor dentistry

In 2013, my husband & I moved to Tucson and went to a dentist who did a full set of X-Rays in July Even though the state we moved from did not require X-Rays before dental work was performed, we periodically had X-Rays taken if we were experiencing pain or if the dentist highly recommended X-Rays Please note neither of us has had a cavity or crown in years Furthermore, we both care about our dental hygieneour daily routine includes brushing with a Sonicare, tartar control mouthwash, and flossing When it was time to schedule our next cleaning, we requested no X-Rays be taken The dentist we went to refused, so we called around We contacted Half Dental of Tucson The receptionist put us on hold as she asked the dentist if it was OK to have the exam and cleaning without X-Rays The answer was yes, if we could have the X-Rays transferred After we signed the necessary forms, the X-Rays were emailed to Half Dental I called days before our appointment to make sure the X-Rays were received ironically, before checking, the receptionist said, "if they didn't arrive, don't worry, we will take them that day." I reiterated our desire to NOT have X-Rays taken and she she acknowledged our request Today we arrived for our back-to-back appointments The hygienist lead me to the room first, stating my husband will be taken back in about 10-minutes As she was asking questions, she stated they would be taking X-Rays I expressed my wishes and how we were given permission to have the exam & cleaning without X-Rays, or we would not have agreed to an appointment an hour from our home She explained why X-Rays should be taken but said the copy they had should be fine and we would need to have X-Rays next time We confirmed that my husband & I would have the exam and cleaning without the X-Rays Then the dentist came in and said they would need to take X-Rays Confused, I protested, stating what we were promisedbut instead of explaining why he threw down the copies of the X-Rays that were emailed and rudely said "Have a nice day" and walked away I went to the waiting room and told my husband what happened We approached the front desk, asking for our records The dentist came out and proceeded to yell at us to leave It was very unprofessional We told him we would leave after we received our records, but he wanted to argue with us As former self-employed business owners, my husband & I could not believe the scene he madethis behavior was unacceptable, and we feel potential clients need to be aware of this dentist's short temper and irrational behavior The bottom linethe problem would not have happened if the staff didn't mislead us about their X-Ray policyAt the least, we should have been given an apology for driving hours round trip and for their miscommunication What this business didn't know is of our relatives are also looking for a regular dentist, and Half Dental lost all our business

Two months ago I had implant surgery, bone grafting, and alevoplasty Since then I have had no lifeNothing is working out like I was promised at consultation I only have a vague idea of my treatment planSo many people do the work the dentists should be doingToo many people in and out of treatment roomsNO PRIVACY And I have had it up to here with a lack of professionalismThe work done so far is unsatisfactory in a big wayI AM NOT HAPPY!

What this business didn't know is 3 of our relatives are also looking for a regular dentist, and Half Dental lost all our business.
