Review: On or about January **, 2014, I completed the registration form for my daughter [redacted] and paid by check to the coach ([redacted]).
On or about February **, 2014 my daughter [redacted] suffered a foot fracture injury and was unable to complete the program.
I have tried reaching the coach by sending email a few times with Dr's notes([redacted]. Phone: ###-###-####), but to date has had no response from him.
I am seeking refund from the date of injury February **, 2014 to the end of the Novice swim class (March **, 2014).Desired Settlement: Get partial refund
