The air conditioner was down to degrees in the unit (I assume to mask the odors) and I am not a carpet expert so I called [redacted] to inspect the carpet and they recommended replacing the carpet due to severe pet damage A copy of the move out file is attached with the inspection from the vendor as well as my pictures and the letter sent from accounting The charges stand as stated

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Notice of Intent to Vacate is just that and I'm not going to alter it or write additional information on it as that might void the document I already signed a contract stating I would pay through the end of January and that was my lease I signed that when I moved in and that stated I would pay through 1/31/so no further documents are necessary I also asked for an escalation point of contact to officially log my complaint about ***'s behavior In looking at ApartmentRatings.com I'm not the first to complain, but there don't seem to be any repercussionshttp:// [redacted] /mo/saint-louis/half-moon-village_877282850463114/At this point, I'd like management to draw up a document that spells out what my lease termination fee according to my lease documents I will review, verify the document aligns with what I agreed to and respond I've never in my life heard of ***'s way of treating tenantsThank you so much! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called Saturday around 7pm and stated the time and I specificallg said please call me backThe lady [redacted] said they got my message and did not call me back because they assumed I would have called the emergency number so there was no need to call me back And the manager [redacted] was just sitting there ignoring meAfter I kept saying hello can you answer meI wish I had a camera on so propel could see how those two women talked to me and ignored me like I was not even standing there Thank the Lord I was not cooking and something and it burned down Sincerely, [redacted]

All I need is a written letter that she is vacating her apartment on 12/31/and paying through 1/31/when her lease ends and keeping the utilities in her name until that time. That is all I need for her written notice. I am sorry she feels this is unacceptable. It would also not void the paperwork if she wrote in the form that she was paying through 1/31/

Mr. [redacted]'s apartment was walked on February 28, 2017 by myself.  The pictures are attached as well as the Move In-Move Out Inspection sheet, pictures from the move out inspection, Addendum to Lease with the Move Out Cost Schedule signed by Mr. [redacted] and the Security Deposit Agreement, also...

signed by Mr. [redacted].  As you can see the tub and counter  is quiet dirty as well as the stains in the carpets.  Mr. [redacted] had a $300 security deposit on file with us and $150 of it was returned to him, which we did not have to do.  According to the Security Deposit Agreement, he was to return all keys to us and he did not return the keys to us, instead he left them in the apartment.  We chose, however, to only charge him for the actual damages to the apartment according to the Move Out Cost Schedule that he had signed at move in.

The notice to vacate could not be signed off because she put the date 12/31/16.  No where on the notice did she state that she was responsible for January 2017 rent (her lease ends January 31. 2017).  She is responsible until that date for rent and utilities.  I tried to explain that...

to her.  She called me rude and left.  It is the first of the month and I have not had a chance to check my email since the afternoon of November 30th until now.  I will respond to it as soon as I can.  I am will to accept her notice as long as she writes that she is responsible for January 2017 rent and keeps the utilities in her name.  She is welcome to return the keys to my leasing office located at [redacted].  We will not enter the apartment to do any work until February 1, 2017.    [redacted], CAPS

[redacted] reported that the window nearest her washer/dryer appliances was leaking during intensive...

rainstorm.
Our maintenance department responded and determined that certain parts were needed to drain the window-well that was the source of the problem. It became over-filled in very hard rains. These parts were ordered.
In the meantime, to mitigate the problem, her washer and dryer were moved as far from the offending window as possible. The hoses and dryer exhaust vents limited the scope of this move, since they had to remain connected to the existing faucets, standpipes, and exhaust port.
As soon as the parts wee received to relieve the water over-charge in the window well, they were installed. There is no longer a possibility of water leakage from this window, regardless of the intensity of a rainstorm.
We received no other complaints from other tenants who maintain laundry equipment in this same basement, proximate to [redacted]'s equipment.
The owner of the property, [redacted] called [redacted] to discuss the matter with her, after she requested to speak with a supervisor. He left a message and his phone number on her voice mail when she did not answer the call. She never returned his phone call.
We are unaware of any damage to her personal property.
