Upon receipt of your letter dated January 02, 2015, we conducted an immediate investigation of the claims alleged by your complainant, [redacted]. I contacted Mrs. [redacted] to better understand the complaint, then alerted my General Manager to verify the claim. A review of our systern indicates...
that the Claims are NOT TRUE. What Mrs, [redacted] experienced, was a "hold” put on her account as a policy of her financial institution, having nothing to do with the Half Note Lounge. Once we were able to demonstrate that to Mrs. [redacted], she immediately recanted her complaint and indicated she would inform you as well. Via fax, I'm forwarding you this letter as well as the voided sale or our System. Pleaseexcept this as our response and vindication of any wrongdoing.Best,
