It has been a very hectic pace around here since mid-may when my daughter was diagnosed with Cancer. Running from Doctor to Doctor and time waiting in Hospital labs put our shipping schedule way off. I thought if I just put in longer hours I could half way catch up - wishful

While the offer to mail a check is exactly the resolution I seek, I have not yet received a check I have been promised a check since April The e-mail I received from Revdex.com said if I did not respond within days of 7/5, they would assume I was satisfied I will not receive mail again before 7/10, so I am rejecting the proposed resolution When I receive a check, I will accept it

It has been pure chaos around here ever since we found out in April my daughter had cancer.  I have issued  refund for this order.
