Randy made an appointment for Friday, appeared the next day 45 minutes early saying he didn't know what time the appointment was made for. Estimated 2 jobs, when I asked a question he said "I've been doing this for 30 years, I know what I'm talking about." A verbal estimate only, no written estimate offered.

Rather than perform the work right away as I expected he wanted to schedule it for Monday. I called Saturday / left a message saying I just wanted one of the 2 jobs done... I was going to have the one room refinished & didn't need that repair done. He Never called back.

On Monday, he never came / never answered my 3 calls asking for a response so I'd know if I should hang around & wait for him. No doubt he was ticked that I cancelled part of the work, took all the gold out of it for him. There was NOTHING 1/2 price about his prices, they were every bit as expensive as 2 other estimates. He's in it for himself more than to treat a customer right.
