inspection of the common areasand each apartment as part of a bi-annual health and safety inspection performed by*** BoroughIncluded are memorandums that were posted and delivered to theresidentsThere are apartments in our community and we had no issue with any otherresidents.I have no idea what *** *** is complaining about with respect to ***.comThis is a 3rd party company that we employ for online rent collection.If there was an issue with receipt of his payment, it was due to either a technical problemwith the site for a short period of time or ** *** did something incorrectlyI assure you we are making every effort to receive rent payments.If you have any questions, I can be reached at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Bernard H
