Half Price Quartz

purchased kitchen cabinets counter top. job not even half finished and she refuses to pay her contractors.they stopped working. my house is a wreck
I hired half price kitchen to buy and install kitchen cabinets and granite counter top. I paid the owner $6000.00 in cash to get the job started. Her contractors came and tore out all the old cabinets the sink and installed most of the cabinets. due to wrong measurement one cabinet was missing. We contacted her she said the contractor would pick it up in 2 days. To make a long story short she did not answer her phones, did not go to her office and was simply missing. A week later she shows up says she was sick. we all felt terrible that she was sick. waited a few days for cabinet I called her and again she is missing. the contractor cant get cabinet so another week of stress. I began doing research online and saw that she has complaints in the pb c courts, complaints in yelp and other sites for the same thing. I found she has 2 names. angelique mullen and rachida belarbi. Now I call her phone and her mailbox wasnt full. I left a message that I want my job done and that I am not going away. I gave her until monday and then I was going to court. low and behold she called and allowed that contractor to pick up the cabinet. Ok that is installed so I notify the granite contractor by searchin my phone for his number that he left when he called to let me know he was coming to measure etc. he said he wasnt able to get the granite because she didnt answer her phone for weeks. he went to pick it up but noone there. I saw his truck at her shop and I left a note on it to call me and so he did. she had called him to pick her up that she couldnt drive. he picked her and the granite up. he told her she needs to pay him the 50% to do the job. she told him she has no money. he explained to me that she has done this before to him and had promised she changed her ways but he was had again. he feels terrible but he will not finish the job until he is paid. Now back to the cabinet installer. he came by and handed me a bill for 2000.00..I told him that I already paid her and that I still owe her 3000.00 but she is not getting one more penny until the job is done. I showed him my reciept from half price kitchens and he understood. So now she is gone again.and I have my kitchen still a mess no sink no counter no electric. over a month...These contractors are so nice,, they dont deserve this and neither do I. Can you help me to get the job done? And to make sure these guys get paid?

1/10 of the quality kitchen cabinets. Wrong sizes & wrong faces, not glued drawers fall apart. No quality control or follow up. Refused to resolve.
We signed Contract with *** on 06/03/16. Total amount $5K. Deposit $1100 by check, and 2 payments by credit cards. Delivery was on 07/21/16. Their installer Wesley came 3 times and every time something kept him from starting the work, but he never even tried to check the delivered cabinets. In result, after 3 months we had to hire other people to install the kitchen. And only then opened boxes and found out that cabinets were wrong sizes with wrong faces (holes for hinges were made on the wrong side). Faces of drawers fall off, they are not glued, hinges are cheapest, making doors scratch each other, and so on.. And provided material didn't allow to build the cabinets by the approved plan. Ms. *** was informed on 10/21/16, but refused to resolve this anyhow.
