property on the [redacted] platform. That property can be pushed from one [redacted] account to another and is often done so. Most developers put all their clients Analytics properties into their own account. We choose to setup a standalone account. To set the [redacted] account up I did use my birthday and phone number as recovery information because I was the only person directed to access the account. That information is and was easily changed. Immediately upon being asked for the login info we sent it to the client. When engaged to provide [redacted]s services we used the same account for the purposes of keeping everything in one spot. In the advertising industry it’s an industry standard and best practice to charge a minimal 15% commission when buying any type of media for a client. Often times it’s 15% + reimbursement of merchant processing fees if the client is paying by credit card as was the case here. The client paid our invoices with their credit card. We ware billed 3.5% + 15¢ per transaction by our merchant processor - Square (https[redacted]) effectively bringing our commission down to 11.5%. Since notified of the issue we have been in constant contact with the client and As of 5/24/16 we have resolved the issue with the client in a written settlement.
