Although I appreciate the business's response to stop sending threatening letters, my desired resolution was to have the business work to communicate better with my insurance provider, which they did not agree to do Why can the business not agree to communicate with my insurance provider? I am sure my insurance provider is trying to communicate with this business, because I received a letter from my Congressman May that states: "I have received an interim response from the Chief Business Office of the Department of Veterans Affairs regarding your ambulance billI am told someone is looking into the matter for me." I do not agree with the business's proposed resolution that they communicated with the VA, when I had to forward medical bills to my Congressman to then forward to the VA for payment I believe if the business was communicating with the VA, then there would be no need to send me expensive ambulance bills that are the VA's responsibility to pay I received two additional threatening letters from the business after the first time they stated that they would stop; however, I have not received any further letters since the second time the business said they would stop I have no confirmation from my Congressman at this time that the VA/Hall Ambulance bill is resolved I have no confirmation from Hall Ambulance that they will stop trying to collect money from me; however, information from my Congressman leads me to believe a resolution to these bills will be made soon Also, I do not appreciate the business's half-hearted response here at Revdex.com.comCutting and pasting something I wrote earlier and then inserting answers here and there shows a significant lack of professionalism and respect for this forum and for my complaint Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 13, 2016/06/24) */ Again we have met the consumers desire resolution
