I was contacted immediately by TShe set me up with an appointment to come in and see a salesmanWhen I arrived I was greeted at the door by Ray The Singing SalesmanHe immediately talk to me and took me out to look and see what I likedHe told me what was in my budget and we went from thereHe told me I needed a co-signer so I told him I would be back at a later dateOn my way home Ray called me and asked were was I and he told me to come back now because I didn't need a co-signer! I told him I would be back tomorrow! I received a few phone calls and text messages and I assured them I would be in ! When I arrived I was taken out on a test drive and told everything about the vehicle! I signed all the paperwork and went to financeEverything worked out so good! Five star automotive dealership on david mcloud blvd service department scraped my rims during a routine oil change then totally disowned responsibility for the damage! !Basically treated me as if l was accusing them for damage that l done to my own vehicle that l purchase only two months prior from them...The service manager Dan was bias and highly self obsorbed while handeling my issues,as well as totally disrespectful. .l also spoke with the manager scott and meagan which came out to be useless considering these people work as a unit only to make money off of hard working consumers and in no way paying out any no matter how much they are at fault.....which l understand bc that is todays modern way of business. ..This branch only have a false concept of good customer service during and before the sale,but when those papers are signed the wolf there of shows its true identity. ...If you are gullible enough to purchase from this branch certainly dont ever get the car serviced from them!!!In their defence had l had a big name like the mayor or a judge or owned a few businesses my results would have been alot different, but lm a simple hard working man who apparently get no respect after the sale..So beware hard working simple consumers you are definately held to a different standards with this branch!!

So I came knowing what I wanted and Elliott [redacted] at Five Star in Florence, SC made my day. He is a great sales person and very patient with me having 4 kids with me throughout my sale. I went in today to get a used truck 2012 1500 Silverado. We called before we went and where told that a truck we seen online was $23,000 for a truck with 42000 miles on it with dents all in the side of it. Well I told them I wanted to trade my work van. I test drove the truck and said I wanted it lets make a deal. Well they ran my credit and come back and said they will give me $14,000 for my van!!!!!! It is a 2015 Ford Transit Connect with only 11000 miles on it. Kelly Blue Book trade in is $18,000. So I told them they have to come way up. Well then the salesman comes back and says that the truck that they are selling is $28,000 after we where told and seen it online listed for $23,000. FALSE ADVIERTISMENT You can get a brand new one for $28,000. These people are not Sales Professionals they are Scam Artists. Sad part is there truck they are selling is only worth 19000 maxx. But I understand they have to make money and I was willing to pay 23000 for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just a few days ago I purchased a new 2015 Chevy SS and would like to compliment the folks who helped me. While I was not overly happy with paying almost sticker price, I fully realize that the vehicle I purchased is fairly unique and rare, so similar to a hot Z06, there are not many rebates or incentives on these type vehicles.
The salesman Derek [redacted] Business Mgr. Jimmy [redacted] and the General Sales Mgr. Scott [redacted] were all very nice and professional and gave me every option of how to get me in this high dollar vehicle. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone but you should probably wait for a time period where more incentives are offered. I wanted the vehicle that I bought and they showed me how to get it with a pretty good interest rate I might add. Thanks guys.
