Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I don't believe that my first complaint was read thoroughly, or I didn't explain myself thoroughly.? The reason that *** had sent so many emails is that yes her job changed but she was also told
that black mold is deadly and was trying to come up with a way to get away from the mold without breaking her lease and being charged extra money when she should have been offered other living arrangements instead of being penalized
To be clear while contacting your business office we were cleaning up the black mold as it was appearing ourselves.? The mold was never touched by your service team until I wrote to the Revdex.com
As far as the sliding glass door the day we met with *** she told us that she had already inspected the unit that day and saw the mold and condensation and that air was blowing through the door and the it would be replaced the following Tuesday..? That was never done and my daughter was already paying for the two dehumidifiers I had purchased along with a running fan, she kept the door closed as much as possible as she was sleeping in the living room on the futon again because she was told to stay away from the mold as much as possible.? The email to pick up the big, loud, energy guzzling dehumidifier she told them they could come get was because she was told due to the mold addendum it was her responsibility to clean and had done so every days for so..? Not to backtrack but I had already ordered the dehumidifiers myself from Amazon Prime which I had received in days and taken to her apartment before service had ever dropped the big one off?
The reason it was in the living room was because that is where it was left and plugged in by them., which was all addressed in my first complaint
Based on the response received, little consideration is given to your tenant and because my daughter felt that having to pay for an additional month she whether hazardous to her health or not would stay until the end of February..? Within the next week she already had another migraine this time exceeding days.? She was told by nurses at work and her primary care physician that she needed to vacate the premises
Upon moving her out, we found black mold on just about everything, shelf in bathroom, all over her bedroom set, both bed and dresser.? All of her shoes are ruined and even the couch in the living room has mold growing on it.? Pictures have been taken of everything and it is all in my garage as it is not healthy to use.? We have been advised over and over to seek legal counsel and I hope that she does.? At this point I really see no other choice especially if payment is expected for unhealthy living conditions, and that from what we have experienced and from what I have read for reviews that this will continue until something more drastic is done.?

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I don't believe that my first complaint was read thoroughly, or I didn't explain myself thoroughly.  The reason that [redacted] had sent so many emails is that yes her job changed but she was also told...

that black mold is deadly and was trying to come up with a way to get away from the mold without breaking her lease and being charged extra money when she should have been offered other living arrangements instead of being penalized.
To be clear while contacting your business office we were cleaning up the black mold as it was appearing ourselves.  The mold was never touched by your service team until I wrote to the Revdex.com.
As far as the sliding glass door the day we met with [redacted] she told us that she had already inspected the unit that day and saw the mold and condensation and that air was blowing through the door and the it would be replaced the following Tuesday..  That was never done and my daughter was already paying for the two dehumidifiers I had purchased along with a running fan, she kept the door closed as much as possible as she was sleeping in the living room on the futon again because she was told to stay away from the mold as much as possible.  The email to pick up the big, loud, energy guzzling dehumidifier she told them they could come get was because she was told due to the mold addendum it was her responsibility to clean and had done so every 10 days for so..  Not to backtrack but I had already ordered the 2 dehumidifiers myself from Amazon Prime which I had received in 2 days and taken to her apartment before service had ever dropped the big one off.
The reason it was in the living room was because that is where it was left and plugged in by them., which was all addressed in my first complaint.
Based on the response received, little consideration is given to your tenant and because my daughter felt that having to pay for an additional month she whether hazardous to her health or not would stay until the end of February..  Within the next week she already had another migraine this time exceeding 5 days.  She was told by nurses at work and her primary care physician that she needed to vacate the premises.
Upon moving her out, we found black mold on just about everything, shelf in bathroom, all over her bedroom set, both bed and dresser.  All of her shoes are ruined and even the couch in the living room has mold growing on it.  Pictures have been taken of everything and it is all in my garage as it is not healthy to use.  We have been advised over and over to seek legal counsel and I hope that she does.  At this point I really see no other choice especially if payment is expected for unhealthy living conditions, and that from what we have experienced and from what I have read for reviews that this will continue until something more drastic is done.
Sincerely,[redacted]
