All the services were done in the right way except the polish don't get dry fast because she made me apply her own topcoat polish is old and thicky and I did told her before hand she still want to use her own . When she dry her nail she end up...

hit her nail to the top of the dryer table that why one of her finger mess up and it not our fault. I told her to wait for the next turn to fix her nail because I'm in the middle doing the service for other client . She took my polish to fixed her own then she end up stole that blue Hello kitty polish OPI from us too. All the client sat next to her and my tech saw all the incident . Everything is her false . We do not accept refund anything when the service is done in the right way.

I do not accept this response because the professional way to go about this incident would have been to help me as a client over to the dryer and turn it on like all the other techs where doing and has been done in the past at any nail salon that I go to. I as a customer that has already paid should not have to wait 20-30 minutes to get one nail fixes. Never did I steal a nail polish, the polish was VERY WELL PAID FOR! So don't try to make me out as a thief! I was never told that my top coat was too thick, I always use the same top coat when I visit for service, it is a professional brand that I purchase from cosmo profession stores since I am a professional that expected a professional service when I visited your nail salon. I do not want a refund, I just wanted to make everyone aware of the unprofessional service that "Lee Nail" provided me with on this day. Thank you, and have a blessed year.
