It is truly amazing how they managed to waste an hour and a half of my life, without even stepping in the store. They are bragging about their adjustments for the pandemic, and encouraging people to set appointments, which evidently don't matter because they will happily sell the car that you are going to look at over the phone, to another customer, after promising to hold it until you could look at it. So, tell me Hall, what is the point of an appointment if you aren't even honoring your word? And if you so willingly go back in your word, and flippantly waste a customers time, money, and gas, it makes me wonder how the rest of your operation is run. It's quite shocking when you confirm an appointment drive across the water 40 minutes, to literally sit in the car for 30 seconds and then get told by the salesman that they just sold it over the phone.

So sincerely, I only get so many days off work, so thanks for wasting my morning, that I could have been spending with my 7 month pregnant wife. I will steer all of my friends and coworkers away from any Hall dealership from here on out. Thanks for wasting my time.

Hall Ford uses a deceptive "shell game" of hard copy signatures and esignatures to complete sales paperwork. This allows them to put your signature on papers with figures you have never seen. Be sure to get all contracts and figures on hard copies before signing anything. Or better yet, do not shop at Hall Ford Newport News. Find another company to do business with.
