We only asked if they could come & treat the sq ft area that they missed last fall (which came up 98% weeds this spring as opposed to the other 39,sq ft which came up 98% grass), all of which they refused to come out & even look at to verify our complaintTheir response to you pretty much mirrored their response to us: ALL the facts were totally ignored, ALL blame was heaped on us & then they repeat their mantra: its impossible that your lawn could be weed free in spring with only treatment per yearIf you do have weeds (even in an isolated area), it is YOUR fault & you are not getting your lawn treated often enoughWe do not make mistakes Their response also contained several lies: the price quoted to treat the missed area (sq ft) was 1/of the amount charged for last years ENTIRE application (40,sq ft)Not exactly discounted as they claimAnd no mention was ever made by anyone about applying it at a heavier ratePure fabricationThis company has been rude, arrogant and condescending toward us throughout this entire processThey also lieI have emails to back up my claimsAnd you still give them an A+ rating? We understand the concern of a patch of weeds in her lawn areaWe are truly concerned that she may not be understanding the agreement of the contract and what is expected from a single lawn treatmentWe apologize that she feels we have mislead herWeeds can seed in anywhere at any time, the concern is from a service that was performed last year, and the weeds are visible this yearWeed control of a lawn must be done every 4-weeks to be effectiveThis is why we offer a full program for weed control of a lawnWe truly believe that if the area was missed it would have been visible last yearWe have only repeated ourselvesWe are ***ply saddened that she feels we have mislead herIt is my understanding that she is not requesting us to come out and treat the area, but that she wants a full refund for the serviceWe will grant her request because of the confusionThank you for your time and help in this matter*I have also attached a copy of the back of our lawn treatment contract

We highly recommend to all customers that to diminish weeds in the lawn area, they need to have a regular program of lawn treatmentsThis is how all of our lawn treatment proposals are written Only one application will not reduce all weedsWe pride ourselves in our customer service and we
have expressed our concern with this customer that we would be able to assist with the condition in her lawn, by giving her an additional application at a discounted rateWe will still offer her another application at a reduced rate We stated that if the area was full of weeds prior, we make sure the area is treated at a heavier rateThe entire lawn area was treated last fall, but the weeds she is experiencing this year would not be a result from last year’s applicationThese weeds would have germinated last year, and would have been noticeable last yearSeeds from weeds can blow in from nearby areas and germinate in anywhere in a lawn, it’s an act of nature, and without being on a regular lawn treatment schedule, it is impossible to be weed freeWe did forward her information from the Wisconsin DNR regarding the yellow clover weed and how difficult it is to eliminate, and needs numerous treatmentsThe best time to applicate for yellow clover is early spring If the applicator missed those areas last year, they would have been noticeable last yearAs per our conversation, we were very specific that only one weed application a year does not eradicate all weeds in a lawn, they must do a regular lawn treatment schedule to help reduce the weedsShe never had requested a refundOnce again we did offer an additional application to help with the weeds, at a discounted rateHowever, we cannot guarantee that it will take care of the weed in question On all our proposals/contracts we do state on the back of the contract that certain types of weed can only be eliminated by repetitive applications with the proper materialsI have attached a copy for your reviewWe truly take all our customers reviews and concerns to heart and we truly believe she is requesting the impossible

Central Services: Rest assured I do fully understand the terms of my contractIt included treatment of our ENTIRE lawn & it is because you did not fulfill these terms (& treated me so rudely when I asked you to) that I filed this complaint. I do not feel misled by you in any wayThe only party misled here was the Revdex.com, by your responses that repeatedly evaded the real issues & are full of lies about how you handled my request You put your own spin on everything to make it appear as though you really were concerned & interested in finding a solution when in reality you were rude & abrupt & showed zero interest in fixing my problem.And now you say that I am confused?! You are the ones who do not seem to understand what the issue is here Or the reason why I filed this complaint You seem unable to address any of your responses to the facts stated in the complaint & instead just talk at how you can do nothing wrong & I am the one who is confused, feels mislead, doesnt understand my contract, makes impossible requests, etc etc etcHow unprofessionalShame on you.Thank you for the refund forthcoming, & the Lord help anyone who ever has a problem with your work

Weed control of a lawn must be done every 4-6 weeks to be effective. This is why we offer a full program for weed control of a lawn. Their response to you pretty much mirrored their response to us:  ALL the facts were totally ignored, ALL blame was heaped on us & then they repeat their mantra:  its impossible that your lawn could be weed free in spring with only 1 treatment per year. If you do have weeds (even in an isolated area), it is YOUR fault & you are not getting your lawn treated often enough. We do not make mistakes.  Their response also contained several lies: the price quoted to treat the missed area (600 sq ft) was 1/3 of the amount charged for last years ENTIRE application (40,000 sq ft). Not exactly discounted as they claim. And no mention was ever made by anyone about applying it at a heavier rate. Pure fabrication. This company has been rude, arrogant and condescending toward us throughout this entire process. They also lie. I have emails to back up my claims. And you still give them an A+ rating?  Very sad.
