I took my Hummer H3 to Hall-Mead to have the transmission rebuilt. I actually had to take it back 3 other times and it's still not working properly. The lady also said they had several guys quit during this time. They made several excuses as to why the transmission would not work right and said not to bring it back the last time I took it. If they couldn't fix it then they should have refunded my money and let me taken it somewhere else. Now, I'm out close to $1200 that I paid them to rebuild it and it still doesn't work right. Also, my son took his truck around the same time and had to take it back because it wasn't working right the first time.

It is unfortunate that you feel that we did not repair your vehicle to your satisfaction. As you know we did the repair through a car lot. Our standard wholesale warranty is 6 months parts and labor. We rebuilt your transmission in July 2017. The vehicle came back to us in December 2017 and we discovered that all codes present were engine related. In June 2018, the vehicle was returned to us with a leak. Even though it was clearly out of warranty, we repaired the leak at no charge to you. In August 2018, we replaced the torque converter, stator, lock up solenoid, TCC/PWM solenoid and updated the valve body. Again, we did all those repairs out of warranty and at no charge to you. The vehicle still had engine codes at that time and we told you that they would need to be addressed.
