Review: Complaint against "[redacted]".They are a online survey panel company. When we reach $5.00, we are allowed to cash out (personally, I wait til $10). For about a month now, no one is able to cash out (receive our earnings for completing surveys). Although, they keep sending surveys to do, when I try to claim my "reward", there is a popup stating: "Web Store site is under maintenance, try back later." When I say: "no one" that is because several have stated same problem on the "[redacted]" website forum. Despite sending them daily emails asking what the problem is, I've received no response. They use to pay & respond to emails very promptly...now--nothing. I'd like to get paid for my hard work. Thank you for your time--[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the $10.00 owed me for completing their surveys.
