Hall Plumbing and Heating

As I previously mentioned, Hall plumbing never mentioned anything about pipes or valves being frozen until my third phone call to themAs far as "almost a year" this is a summer home and is not used in the winterAccording to the Town of Dennis Water Department, there is a safety valve in my crawl space that will freeze and break before the pipes doI don't understand this but I'm just repeating what I was toldI strongly feel that if a business does a job and the first time a customer "uses it" and it doesn't work properly the business would repair in good faith without blaming the customerIf we can't resolve this, I feel I have no options left but to take Hall to small claims court for triple damagesThis is unfortunate but I strongly believed I was taken advantage of. I feel I have no choice but too go to small claims court to resolve this complaint
