We were dispatched by Choice Home Warranty on 06/13/to come look at the A/C issue with condensate overflow as stated in the WO (see attached)When I took the call I warned the customer that if this was a draining issue and that is a maintenance issue that CHW will not cover the maintenance and
the repairCustomer agreed and scheduled for service callOur technician found the control board and capacitor bad and in need of replacementHe also found the drain lines clogged on both unitsTechnician automatically knows that CHW will not cover the repairs because of the drain linesTech offered to do the maintenance (blowing drain lines) along with quoting to add safety float switches to both units before submitting diagnosis to CHWCustomer refused and was only charged the service call fee of $(please see invoice attached) **No where on our invoice was he quoted $1,300.** We charge $per float switch and $to blow out drain lines**?

the repair. Customer agreed and scheduled for service call. Our technician found the control board and capacitor bad and in need of replacement. He also found the drain lines clogged on both units. Technician automatically knows that CHW will not cover the repairs because of the drain lines. Tech offered to do the maintenance (blowing drain lines) along with quoting to add safety float switches to both units before submitting diagnosis to CHW. Customer refused and was only charged the service call fee of $45. (please see invoice attached) **No where on our invoice was he quoted $1,300.** We charge $150 per float switch and $165 to blow out drain lines**
