Hall Well and Pump, Inc.

Review: Hall well drilled our well 9 months ago (getting them out to our home after we had signed the contract should have been another complaint, it took them two months of us being jerked around and finally they show up randomly one day and started drilling) After the well was drilled they sealed it and dropped the pump, instructed us to hook up the electricity in the house. We ran the wires and turned the well on and it flipped the circuit. called the company talked to Mr.Hall and was told we did it wrong. We ran a new wire, same thing. he told us it was a problem with our wire again, We run another wire talked to 2 electricians both said our wire was good. We called hall again he sent some one out, and pulled up the pump it was a short in THERE wire in the well(we have been without water for a week now). That friday the well stopped pumping, unable to get anyone on the phone for 3 days, we left messages and finally they came out and said they would need to dig another well. the leave the empty well hooked up just in case, and said they would be back with the drilling equipment... we waited another 2 weeks without any water and without any contact, they wouldn't answer our calls. Then for some unexplained reason the well started getting water again. But we never heard from hall well, we sent in our payment, and they lose the check, so we send a second check, they decide to cash BOTH checks, thankfully my husband put a stop on the first check (for a $35 fee but that saved us $6,500) We thought we were done with this nightmare, finally, after 3 weeks of no water. We were wrong, every time it rains hard or has a good amount of snow our water gets cloudy(really really cloudy almost opaque like dirty milk) we had the water tested and it is "not potable" contains ground water. We contacted the company and are getting the same run around, no answers, when we finally talked to the woman she is rude, says Mr hall has our info, won't give him the message, we have no usable water!Desired Settlement: We need the bad sealant repaired. The company told us we would have clean, usable water, and we do not have either, and are unable to contact the company due to a bad business practices, and rude employees.

We talked to the customer twice this week.complaint water getting cloudy.The debris above the casing was a brown rock so the casing is not leaking.The well is deep with 2 gallons per minute. He pump. The well according to him for over 2 hours leading me to believe a new stream has open up and cleaning up although our contract states we don't gurantee quantity nor quality of the water and it was apparent. The casing was not leaking I have tried to help.the rumbles from the earth quake has played havoc with wells we can't control that.the water had to test good when the well was put in use because he is living in his home with county state approval.we did our job according to state regs.we cannot gurantee a customer on the lot he owns he will have potable water. After much thought even though according to contract we owe nothing.We have decided to return their money in Full. We are not going to check the well nor remove the pump.knowing the well is usable May God bless them

Review: September 1,a contract was faxed,faxed back to him.The well drilling machinery appeared sept3 about noon,quit work about 3.returned about mid morning and was gone by late afternoon.on sept8 I called mr [redacted],to inquire about the job being completed.at wich time he stated he needed to clear his head,and that he would try to get a crew back out there in couple of days.sept 10,my husband called Mr, [redacted].he stated that he would have someone here in couple of days,husband expressed that we had already been told this one time,so he said he would have someone here by Fri sept 11.Mid day I called office,office was unaware as to who I was,gave me a different first name.told me that she could not help meas Mr.[redacted] does all scheduling and he was out of office till Monday.The lady als said I was being rude to her,which I was not.I waited a bit called back to office I identified myself,asked was there any way that she could get message to Mr.[redacted],she said she would try.I also asked for the phone number to the crew that does the hook up,installs pipe etc.she did not give me the number.I asked her to call Mr,[redacted] and have him give me a call,I asked her if she needed the number she said she had it.Goodbyes was said.my complaint is this company is not at best having fair customer relaitionship,consumers be ware.thank for taking the time to read this,would like to close this out with a result of my home getting water ASAPDesired Settlement: To Finish the Job,Have water hooked up,equipment installed ASAP

we drilled the fields well on 9/4/15 completed on 9/14/15. As you can see that is 5 working days between drilling and pump install Since they are not the only people we drill and install pumps that it is not only timely but a great turnround we put them ahead of the ones that could wait but were before fields I don't think this should require any further responce [redacted]
