We purchased a new Air Conditioning and Heating Unit from Hall's Heating and Air located at [redacted] Street, Shreveport, LA XXXXX, Phone NoXXX-XXXX, on September 27, The gentleman we dealt with was [redacted] and he was very nice and always did what he told us he was going to do They did yearly inspections on the unit and on July 22, 2016, when they did the inspection, the tech said it needed freon So, he had to put in two pounds We asked him why, since the unit was only three years old, did it need freon He just said it evaporates That's funny, it never did on our old unit They also came out on June 2, 2017, and again, had to put in two pounds of freon Again, we asked why and were told the same thing Our old unit, which was twenty years old when we had to replace it, didn't have to have freon for years We also told them that we had filed a claim with [redacted] because they had sent out information about defective evaporator coils and that ours might be i
