Good morning, I have spoken with Mrs [redacted] and she processed her GAP cancelation through [redacted] rather than through the dealershipHer communication was with [redacted] rather than Halladay up to May 17th [redacted] send refunds monthly on a statement and we just received the cancelation and are sending a check to Mrs [redacted] (May 21st 2108)We also discussed her Service Contract and Maintenance Plan, we received her verbal ok to cancel these items as well and explained they will appear on our June statement and she will receive her check for those at that timeMrs [redacted] stated she understood and was satisfied with the resolution to her issueI asked her if she had any further questions to please contact me at Halladay and I would make sure she is taken care ofSincerely,Jim C [redacted] Vice President/General Manager
