Back in OctI was looking to purchase a 2nd carI spent over 2months and traveled from Detroit to Cleveland, and most points in between, looking for the right one It seemed that every car I went to see, was misrepresented in the listing I began to give up hope of ever finding a reputable dealer to buy from, I was starting to think that there weren't any honest car dealers leftThen in December 2015, I happened across a beautiful Lincoln Town car on the carfax site, being sold by Halleck's I called to see if the car was still available, it was, so I went to see/test drive The car was everything they and the pictures claimed it was, and a good deal too The car was pulling to one side during the test drive, a faulty tie rod end was to blame, which they had repaired at my local tireman, at their expenseIt even came with a day warranty, try getting that at any other dealership around The lot had quite a few vehicles that all seemed to be in good shape It has been months now, and I've had no problems with this fine automobile I found the guys at Halleck to be honest, and fun to deal withI would recommend them to my grandma....and I would certainly recommend them to you Forget the big dealerships...I went to them all...this is where I found "My car"

I called Halleck Auto Sales on 2-26-to inquire about a Honda CR-V that they had for sale During this lengthy call, I was told repeatedly that this vehicle was indistinguishable from new I drove over miles that day to look at vehicle I noticed that there were several pieces of loose or missing trim in the rear and some areas that looked like had been repainted I asked the sales representative if this Honda CR-V had been wrecked and he said yes of course it has been wrecked I elected to not test drive or purchase this vehicle I decided to call Halleck Auto Sales during the trip back home to let them know that I felt like the fact that this obviously wrecked and repaired vehicle should not have been described to me over the phone as indistinguishable from new During this call, the Halleck sales representative called me and my mother every name under the sun and kept asking me to come back When I asked "Why?", he told me that " [redacted] " REALLY - Because he misrepresented the condition of a car and I called him out over it? If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, please reconsiderThere are dealers that are much more interested in giving you a fair deal for your hard earned money!

We are very pleased with *** *** followthru concerning my single mom daughter's recent problems with her vehicle purchased at Halleck Auto this past late spring.I am not surprised as our family have always been so well treated by the Halleck family of professionals*** grandfather, on more than one occasion, shared with me how much he [***] believed in his grandsons ability to succeed in lifeSo again ,much kudos to Halleck Auto, I would recommend them to all my friends and family sincerely ***[***]***

I bought a Chevy Malibu from *** in JULY
Today is SEPTEMBER 15th
In the past (not even) months that I have owned the car I've had multiple problems with it
Currently the problems are as follows:
-Tranction Control Service
-Brake Lamps constantly On
-No Cruise Control
-Check Engine Light is On
I took it somewhere to get the codes tested on it and was told I'll need a Brake Pedal Sensor and a new CATALYTIC CONVERTER!
I called *** and he said since I didn't buy a warranty they couldn't do anythingI WAS NEVER OFFERED TO BUY A WARRANTYI was only ever given the one that comes with the sale for 50/up to daysI was also lectured on how low they dropped the price on the car and how they ate profits on my saleWhich I can't believe, because they wouldn't come down at all in the priceBut when we did paper work he came off a measly $Tell me there is no wiggle room and then you wiggle a little wiggle just a smidge to make feel greatful
I WISH I HAD TAKEN MORE TIME LOOKING AND GONE ELSEWHERE!
***I'll remember next time when I have the "deal is to good to be true" feeling that it really is.***

I called Halleck Auto Sales on 2-26-15 to inquire about a 204 Honda CR-V that they had for sale. During this lengthy call, I was told repeatedly that this vehicle was indistinguishable from new. I drove over 30 miles that day to look at vehicle. I noticed that there were several pieces of loose or missing trim in the rear and some areas that looked like had been repainted. I asked the sales representative if this 2014 Honda CR-V had been wrecked and he said yes of course it has been wrecked. I elected to not test drive or purchase this vehicle.

I decided to call Halleck Auto Sales during the trip back home to let them know that I felt like the fact that this obviously wrecked and repaired vehicle should not have been described to me over the phone as indistinguishable from new. During this call, the Halleck sales representative called me and my mother every name under the sun and kept asking me to come back. When I asked "Why?", he told me that "[redacted]" REALLY - Because he misrepresented the condition of a car and I called him out over it?

If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, please reconsider. There are dealers that are much more interested in giving you a fair deal for your hard earned money!

Back in Oct. 2015 I was looking to purchase a 2nd car. I spent over 2months and traveled from Detroit to Cleveland, and most points in between, looking for the right one.
It seemed that every car I went to see, was misrepresented in the listing.
I began to give up hope of ever finding a reputable dealer to buy from, I was starting to think that there weren't any honest car dealers left. Then in December 2015, I happened across a beautiful 1999 Lincoln Town car on the carfax site, being sold by Halleck's.
I called to see if the car was still available, it was, so I went to see/test drive.
The car was everything they and the pictures claimed it was, and a good deal too.
The car was pulling to one side during the test drive, a faulty tie rod end was to blame, which they had repaired at my local tireman, at their expense. It even came with a 30 day warranty, try getting that at any other dealership around.
The lot had quite a few vehicles that all seemed to be in good shape.
It has been 5 months now, and I've had no problems with this fine automobile.
I found the guys at Halleck to be honest, and fun to deal with. I would recommend them to my grandma....and I would certainly recommend them to you
Forget the big dealerships...I went to them all...this is where I found "My car"
