I am rejecting this response because: I want Haley's to pay for the work we had to do to at the roofline that was not properly sealed when the vent was installed I also want him to help with the cost of the mildew remediation in the attic

I am rejecting this response because: When the vent pipe was installed no consideration was taken into the placement of the pipe through the roof It was placed directly under a downspout Futhermore, the flashing and other materials necessary to ensure the pipe was sealed properly was not done

Review: Halley's Air Conditioning and Heating Service installed pool heater vent piping for Villas at Villaggio, which is an apartment community I manage as agent for owner. The vent was not sealed properly and has created a mold issue in the attic where the piping was installed. The pipes were not sealed properly at the roof either contributing to the moisture issue.[redacted] the owner has not returned any of my numerous calls in which we are asking he fix the vent piping and provide his insurance information so that we may remediate the mold issue. Mr. [redacted] is basically ignoring us.We are formally requesting he provide us with his insurance information so we can open a claim and get the repairs done before the problem gets any worse.Desired Settlement: We would like the vent and piping fixed and sealed properly and for the mold issue in the attic be taken care of.

This issue is from so many years ago. I told her to ask her insurance company to help her and they did come out and they refused to cover.
