The customer is being taken care of with our customer service team, who is Comfort Care The customer called in on the 8/to
let us know about the issues with her chair On 8/she was called back to set up service with our technician so that they can inspect the piece and see what is going on with the fabric Customer returned the call on the 8/and we scheduled for the technician to go out there on 9/On 9/the technician let us know that everything was being reviewed right now and they will let us know where we go from there
We reached out to the customer to get into contact with them but had to leave a message to call us back at the store

We are are taking the right steps to make the customers purchase right and to resolve this matter
The escalation specialist are involved and so are the technicians Once they are done reviewing, we will call the customer and let them know the steps going forwardto ease their concerns

I received a call from them telling me that is is not their policy to refund money They are researching the fabric to find if hey received a bad lot and then they would go from there Their policy is to fix the issue I responded that I really didn't care what their policy is, that these chairs must be made right or I want my money back

The customer will be contacted by my office in the next week to go over the terms of the replacement process
The customer will get to reselect for equal value, up to and including their purchase price
