I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  This has been the worst experience I have had.  They kept closing the work order even when I would type back that it was not solved.  They finally have completed all gift cards I earned.  I thank you for all your help with this issue.[redacted]

second award was issued on 2/26/16 and redeemed for a $20 Texas Roadhouse gift card on 2/29/16. ·         The third award was issued on 2/26/16.  On 3/15/16 we received an inquiry from [redacted] stating she hadn’t received her $20 Texas Roadhouse gift card.  We informed her that the award status was still open, meaning the process of requesting a gift card hadn’t been completed.  She no longer had her award email containing her original award so we resent it to her via email.  On 3/15/16 she redeemed her award and a $20 Texas Roadhouse gift card was shipped to the address she provided.  On 3/28/16 she reported that the gift card was never received.  Our 20 day waiting period for a replacement gift card was explained to her.  On 4/5/16 (20 days from the date the gift card was originally issued) we received an email from her indicating she still didn’t receive her gift card.  At this time the replacement process was initiated and she was advised to allow up to 10 business days for completion of the replacement process.  On 4/14/16 her gift card was replaced and sent as an email to her as requested.  ·         The fourth award was issued and redeemed for a $20 Olive Garden gift card on 3/25/16.  On 3/28/16, [redacted] sent an email requesting to have the Ship To address updated.  On 4/5/16, her $20 Olive Garden gift card was returned to us by the USPS, noting it was undeliverable.  We emailed her requesting an updated address and resent the Olive Garden gift card.  On 4/11/16, [redacted] sent us an email indicating she hadn’t received her gift card.  We let her know that her gift card came back as undeliverable again.  She then provided us with her work address and we resent it on 4/12/16. As our records indicate all gift cards described above have been sent to [redacted].
