Best car buying experience I have ever experienced. I first contacted [redacted] with Hallmark Cars, through the USAA car buying service and there wasn't a moment I regretted it. He looking up all upcoming maintenance, walked me through everything that had been done and even replaced the spark plugs so I wouldn't have to worry about it in 5,000 miles (when it was scheduled). He contacted the Chrysler company to make sure he had the correct answers to all the questions I had and the whole time was just a genuinely nice person, not just salesman nice.
Shortly after I picked up the car, it overheated and when I contacted Hallmark Cars about the issue, they had me bring it back to them the following day. Even though it meant staying after they were closed, [redacted] found the issue, fixed the problem, and offered that if anything were to come up again, just to let him know. No matter where the military takes my husband and me, I will surely be returning to Hallmark Cars. I've already suggested to all of my friends and family to do the same.

I bought my daughter a 2002 Mercury Cougar there about two years ago with $[redacted] hard earned cash. Owner wouldn't budge on price. I bought the extended warranty (3mos) as all his cars are high mileage. Even before the warranty ran out the exhaust broke and was dragging on the street ($[redacted] repair, not covered by warranty.) Soon after that the fuel pump in the tank ($[redacted]), alternator ($[redacted]) & starter ($**) went out. I had to do the repairs myself because again, not covered. About 3 months after the warranty expired my daughter was stranded a 4th time when the engine threw a rod, so now it needs a new engine and is still sitting in my garage for the past 1.5 years. Now I'm making payments on a Toyota and I'll be lucky to get $[redacted] out of it once I save up $[redacted] to replace the engine. I wouldn't trust anything they sell.
I just purchased a truck from Hallmark Cars for my 16 year old son on 11/16/2015. My husband and I cannot believe how rude the owner of the company was. At first I thought it was because we denied his financing because we had our own, but after reading the customer reviews on here I think he just lacks social skills. We also had an issue with the title, but it was resolved in 2 days.
