We inspected *** ***s vehicle and found there to be an issue. We advised her that we perform the repairs or she could take it somewhere else. It does not matter to us. The state sets strict guidelines and our technicians will error on the side of safety. If *** *** is
not happy with our technicians decision I will gladly refund her the money for the safety inspection

We are sending a refund of the entire cost of the invoice dated 8/17/2014.  We have asked the customer to provide a copy of their repair receipts so we can help make this right.

I apologized to Mrs. [redacted] that we were not able to correct the problem on her first visit.  Mrs. [redacted] had the vehicle repaired and I sent her a check right away to reimburse her for the expense.Please close this case.
