We did however, make every effort to address the customer’s concerns to complete the project as quickly as possible, including paying for expedited freight to get replacement product delivered as quickly as possible. I personally did the final walk thru with this customer and everything was completed that they contracted us to do and we also did some extras at no charge as a courtesy, including having their bathroom and bedroom professionally cleaned when the project was completed. We do not compensate for time delays on projects, but we always make sure that the customer gets the high-quality, professional project that they contracted us to provide for them. We believe that our efforts in resolving the issues on our own along with the finished product that we provided show our dedication to quality and customer service.
