Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have documentation stating promises unmet, I have contact with [redacted] (install company) proving that I'm not the only person [redacted] lied toI contacted Wells Fargo, they did not contact meOur tax credit was not a factor in the denial of our refinance, but the loan amount due to not receiving the tax credit we were promised (the full 30% is not awarded all in one year) I absolutely was told "sorry for your bad luck" and I have voicemail messages saved to prove so To call me a liar is absolutely unprofessional especially after your company has done nothing to rectify this situation after numerous attempts on my part (all of which I have documented)I expect for this situation to be made right as this is ludacris to treat customers in this fashionI will be making contact with an attorney and reaching out to the other families affected at this pointI know my rights to fair business practices I would love to settle this civilly, but I will fight for what is right to fix this situation l Sincerely [redacted] ***

Hallmark Exteriors has been in business for over years with over satisfied customers. The Westminster, Colorado office closed in December, It should be noted all of the installations in Colorado are fully backed by the manufactures warranty. So, rest assured, any
equipment issues will be taken care of.First, I would like to say we are glad you are happy with the performance of your solar system, since this is what we were contracted to doI can assure you no one in our corporate office said“sorry for your bad luck". Going solar is not bad luckIt is great luck! Our staff is very professional and would never say anything like this. Your claim that Mr*** lied about how the process works is absolutely incorrect. In the solar worksheet, your husband signed; it clearly states the estimated monthly payment is based on a Home Equity Line of Credit. The worksheet also shows applying the 30% Federal Tax Credit to the month no interest/no payment construction loan would reduce the refinance amount. The payment quoted was spot-on, if you were able to qualify for the refinance loan 99% of our customers qualify for the refinance loan and are very happy with a payment lower than their previous electric bill We are sorry you do not have adequate equity/credit to secure the refinance of the loan, but, we cannot be blamed for thisWe have no control over your credit standing Apparently, the bank contacted you, according to your statement, and denied the loan. We do not understand how Hallmark Exteriors is responsible for a credit denial *** ***

Our position is the same as our original response

Hi,The business I complained about finally reached out to meMrW*** contacted me directly and claims he has been out of townHe explained the company's actions and said he is planning to finishing the workThe situation is less than ideal, but I feel like I should drop the complaint against
his companyThere didn't seem to be a formal process for doing soLet me know what I need to do.Thank you,*** ***

This matter has been resolved to my satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because: I have documentation stating promises unmet, I have contact with [redacted] (install company) proving that I'm not the only person [redacted] lied to. I contacted Wells Fargo, they did not contact me. Our tax credit was not a factor in the denial of our refinance, but the loan amount due to not receiving the tax credit we were promised  (the full 30% is not awarded all in one year) I absolutely was told "sorry for your bad luck" and I have voicemail messages saved to prove so.  To call me a liar is absolutely unprofessional especially after your company has done nothing to rectify this situation after numerous attempts on my part (all of which I have documented). I expect for this situation to be made right as this is ludacris to treat customers in this fashion. I will be making contact with an attorney and reaching out to the other families affected at this point. I know my rights to fair business practices.  I would love to settle this civilly, but I will fight for what is right to fix this situation.  l
