Review: The builder has failed to correct construction issues that were noted during construction, at walk through and after closing (Oct. 2013). Numerous attempts by my agent and myself to have outstanding issue resolved have failed. The builder has gone months without responses. Poor workmanship regarding drywall, paint, molding, door placement, faulty windows and outside soil hazards have been ignored.Desired Settlement: Complete ALL issues to buyers satisfaction on or before May 1. We have been patient long enough.
