I would not recommend this company for large projectsThey were recommended to us by a friend who had them complete a small project and who were present to oversee everythingWe hired this company to renovate a finished basement into an inlaw type apartmentWhile the finished product is acceptable, the project was drawn out with a lot of hold ups and communication issueWe would be told to expect someone one day and receive no notification when no one showed until we contacted Mr*** after days of no showsThis happened both with his crews and with companies he sub contracted toA couple of the sub contractors seemed very negative, unprofessional and hard to work withThere were issues with the construction itself that could have used addressing but we decided to just pay the final check and address the issues ourselves to end the stressIf you use this contractor you should carefully inspect everything so you do not end up like us, discovering after the fact that items on the contract were left out with no notificationWe are currently addressing a very major issue of them installing a fan in the bathroom that by contract should have been vented out the back wall but was never completedThe fan was blowing the moisture into the insulated ceiling until we happened to realize it had not been vented properlyIt was in fact this hazardous and deceitful find that prompted us to want to make sure to warn other potential customers
