Unfortunately this customer wishes for us to change our system of solving issues and fixing customer concerns We cannot just call subcontractors and tell them to "go fix it" without proper evaluation of the issuesWe need to verify what exactly needs to be done and we will, as we have for years, take care of any and all issuesWe just need to follow the procedures in order to ensure we are handling this issue effectively and expediently In our recent attempt to set an appointment for this evaluation we were told we could not do this for at least two weeks due to a family illnessWe will follow up next week in an attempt to gain access so we may take care of these concernsThat is our ultimate goal

which would be considered defective or warrantableHallmark prides itself of customer service and I apologize we have fallen short in this instancePlease contact me directly in the event you do not hear back from our Warranty Department within hours In regards to the cabinets, there was a leak and it was fixed but there is no apparent damage to the cabinets, however it will also be evaluated at the time of inspection

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have been contacted by email only from the gentleman who takes care of warranty issues with Hallmark Homes The majority of our issues are not warranty related and our past dealings with the warranty department have never been followed through on I have submitted every issue in writing to Hallmark Homes, as stated in their policy and have all documentation to prove it The issues with our home are from poor workmanship with a contractor who is no longer employed by them, as stated by the owner He stated he had no other resources to resolve the issues with our home, other than this one gentleman who has been unable to follow through on previous complaints and repair requests that we have had Again, as stated before, no only are there issues with the workmanship and quality of work, but we were charged for an upgraded style of vinyl siding and had different styles of vinyl siding put on our home This is in my opinion fraud and should be handled appropriately, not by the gentleman who handles warranty repairs I am eager to find a resolution to this, however Hallmark Homes is going to have to take these issues seriously and notify the subcontractors who worked on our home to come make the needed repairs and changes to our home
