I am rejecting this response because: she is being dishonest my bank has sent you a copy by fax proving the merchant got the money backThe merchant has never refunded me for the product that is usedI also forwarded you the email in which she says no refunds or postage would be refunded meI sent you the last email where I asked her to refund if I returned product on her dime she says no! You have all the proof to rebut her reply.

refunded her money and asked her to return the goods at our expense which she refused to do. She then did a complete charge back on all the goods she bought, not just what she claimed were used.. We originally shipped her the items for free. All totaled, we're out quite a bit. She still has all the items, has been refunded and she she also did a complete charge back on us. It's none of your business but it sure will be if I see any negative review on my company. We pay a service to notify us if anything with our company name is put on the internet. why here...
