Complainant in ***, TX, an independent adjuster from Lank ton ClaimServices (*** ***l was assigned to contact the Complainant and manage her claimMr***contacted all the Involved parties and inspected the property on/around November l-1, Ms.Coburn indicated that she was given the mobffe home bV a *** ***, and was given the mobitehome in exchange for taking the mobile home off the site and deeming the siteWhile Ms*** hasprovided a Bill of Sale, It Is not witnessed or notarizedShe then contracted out the transportation ofthe mobile home from our named insured from *** to ***, TexasIt must be noted that shesigned an agreement with *** Mobile Home Services on September 22, releasing them "fromall liability relating to anv damages that may occur during the movement of your home" and that"*** Mobile Services will only be liable if your mobile home Is wrecked".Mr*** inspection revealed that there was no evidence that the mobile home was Involved in anysort of motor vehicle accidentFurthermore, Mr*** Indicated that a mobile home of this age willhave transit damage In moving milesMr*** denies any *curt or patronizing" conversationswith Ms*** *** *** *** *** **As mentioned before, Mr*** has been our point of contact with Ms*** due to logisticalreasonsIn the spirit of compromise, we have attempted to resolve this claim with Ms*** and willcontinue to work with her towards reaching an amicable resolution
