Revdex.com Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA 15220IE: Complaint ID # [redacted] submitted 10/30/Ms [redacted] ,I met with [redacted] on June 29, 2017, not May as she has statedShe asked me to review returnsI immediately saw ways to amend the returns so that she would receive a significant refundI told her that I was extremely busy, but would complete the amended returns as soon as I had available time.I was in the middle of a large project but was able to fit her into my schedule for the initial consultation.I also had existing clients with extended returns that had to be completed before the September and October deadlinesThe returns in question were for 2016, so she has years to file an amended return.I left for vacation the day after the October deadlineWhile out of town Ms [redacted] sent me an email requesting a status updateShe would have received an automatic email reply stating that I was on vacationUpon my return, she called me and said that she was upset because her returns had not been amendedI attempted to apologize and explain the delay but she didn't want any excusesShe had already decided that she was going to take her returns elsewhereI told her that I understood and again attempted to apologizeI packaged her documents that were in my posession and had them available for her immediate pick up.At no time was Ms [redacted] charged any fees for my consultation or for any services that I had performed on her behalf.Upon receipt of her complaint through the Revdex.com, Jim L [redacted] attempted to call her per her requestShe did not answer the phone so he left a message asking that she return the callShe has never done so.Kindest Regards, Sheila T***, CPALange Accounting Group, LLC
