Roxanne (Receptionist) is the leading reason for the bad review. I have tried contacting Kevin her manager according to Roxanne. Every time I call to talk with Kevin, about Roxanne's behavior on the phone, Roxanne puts me on hold and then hangs up. I cannot contact the proper authority in this business to report this behavior because I can not get past Roxanne. So in closing Bill you need to get a hold of this problem before you don't have any business anymore.

Customer emailed us last Friday, 2/6 at 7:23 PM. We responded the following Monday, 2/9 at 8:19am that he could return the part for a refund. I can forward emails if you need them.The part that we shipped was brand new, we do not sell used parts. Is he using the Revdex.com forum as an excuse to get his money back after he used or damaged the part? The part was delivered on Thursday 1/29 and his complaint is from over a week later (2/6). If it was bad when he opened the box why did it take him over a week to file a claim with you or contact us?Not sure what he means by "did not disclose that the manufacturer of this part is no longer in business". Again, totally false statement. Please have customer tell you how he made this determination. And how could we have made this statement to him if we haven't responded to him? Here are the FACTS:
First, I received the parts but did not have a chance to install them until a week later. To accuse me of damaging them during installation in an insult. He doesn't know me or my technical abilities.
Second, I made an attempt to contact Mr Hall on Feb 4th and received no response. The email he is referring to on Feb 6th states, "Dear sledpartsguy, It's been 2-days and you haven't responded to my request for a refund. What's the deal? - n7slc" and he didn't respond until Monday.
Third, the box has a part number label on it that DOES NOT match the number that was listed on the auction. The number listed on the auction was hand-written on the bottom of the box. Sure looks like an open box to me.
Lastly, the company listed on the box doesn't appear to have a working site anymore. Are they out of business? Maybe, maybe not but when you can't locate them, that's a bad sign.
All one needs to do is look at Halls of Medford's feedback and it's clear that his communication with his customer's is poor, he consistently refuses refunds and treats people with disrespect.
A simple, "sorry about the trouble [redacted], let me send out another set". Instead I get some rude response and attitude. A little respect goes a long way Mr Hall. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?
