We sold them a used vehicle with over 100,miles that we rigorously inspected in our shop and it passed all safety and mechanical inspections at that timeMr[redacted] also understanding it was a used vehicle with over 100,miles intelligently purchased an extended warranty that would cover any future unforeseen mechanical brake downsMr[redacted] should understand that Mechanical brake downs happen and they take time to fix in some casesMr[redacted] came to us wanting to trade the vehicle in not because it had issues at the time but because Mrs[redacted] did not feel safe in itWe could not put a deal together due to needing more cash down and too high of a paymentWe advised them to go to a new car dealer to trade since they have rebates and in most cases 0% financing and maybe that would accomplish their financial goalNever did we discuss any current issues on the vehicle nor did we advise them to not disclose them to a prospected dealerMr [redacted] has a deluxe extended warranty that covers mechanical issues, he can take the vehicle to any ASE certified service department in the continental USA including Chevy dealerships to have service performWhen Mr[redacted] purchased the Avalanche he traded in a vehicle that he owed way more than it was worth, and he asked us to add the big difference on to the new loanMr[redacted] was in an inequity position to start

The vehicle that Mr*** purchased included an updated Missouri Vehicle InspectionThe vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition when it left the dealershipMr*** was given a copy of the warranty stating clearly what was coveredThe Osensor is not part of the covered itemsMr

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
If Jack Miller Auto won't take the vehicle back, the least they can do is give me my $down payment back so I can get the Jeep fixedThis way they can at least make an attempt to make things right. Regards,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: this used car dealership is just waving it offThere like it's ok to screw people over as long as we make money at the end of the dayThen they say take it to another shop because we don't want our hands in it, when they are the one who sold us a piece of st that has spent more time in the shop and having issues than we have owned itThere needs to be some fault on their part and I will only be satisfied when this used car dealership letter grading with the Revdex.com has droppedThey are not taking this seriously, put the shoe on the other foot if I had done this to them they would want this issue resolved as fast and as professionally as possible but instead they are trying to put it off on someone elseIf we hadn't purchased the warranty where would we be with this situation

Mrs*** *** brought to our attention the check engine light a few days after her her purchaseWe performed a diagnostic evaluation and determined the catalysis converter needed replacingWe replaced the item at no cost to the customer and that took care of the check engine lightNo other
complaints brought to our attentionThe repair to the vehicle was performed as a voluntary, gratuitous, and good will service and not as a result of any express or implied contractual obligation or liabilityFurthermore Mrs*** *** was aware of tire condition and cd player not working properlyTires passed a state inspection and have plenty of lifeRadios and cd players are not a warrantied itemI'm sorry that Mrs*** is having buyers remorse, but it does not grant a complaint with the Revdex.comWe at Jack Miller Auto Plaza go out of our way to try and please every customer but it is not always the case

State statue says it all!!!why doesn't Revdex.com turn into state??

We sold them a used vehicle with over 100,000 miles that we rigorously inspected in our shop and it passed all safety and mechanical inspections at that time. Mr.[redacted] also understanding it was a used vehicle with over 100,000 miles intelligently purchased an extended warranty that would...

cover any future unforeseen mechanical brake downs. Mr.[redacted] should understand that Mechanical brake downs happen and they take time to fix in some cases. Mr.[redacted] came to us wanting to trade the vehicle in not because it had issues at the time but because Mrs.[redacted] did not feel safe in it. We could not put a deal together due to needing more cash down and too high of a payment. We advised them to go to a new car dealer to trade since they have rebates and in most cases 0% financing and maybe that would accomplish their financial goal. Never did we discuss any current issues on the vehicle nor did we advise them to not disclose them to a prospected dealer. Mr. [redacted] has a deluxe extended warranty that covers mechanical issues, he can take the vehicle to any ASE certified service department in the continental USA including Chevy dealerships to have service perform. When Mr.[redacted] purchased the Avalanche he traded in a vehicle that he owed way more than it was worth, and he asked us to add the big difference on to the new loan. Mr.[redacted] was in an inequity position to start.

I'm sorry to hear about Miss [redacted]'s situation. Feel comfort in that all our vehicle are serviced and M.V.I before we offer then for sell. When it comes to all vehicles new and used, there might be occasions when a situation occurs after the sale. We stand behind our vehicles so we back all our...

vehicles with a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty, and in Miss [redacted]'s situation she wisely purchased an extended warranty that has deluxe coverage so the vehicle is well protected from mechanical breakdowns for the next 2 years and 24,000 miles. All Miss [redacted] needs to do is have the vehicle towed to our location or any ASE certified repair facility and the vehicle will be repair to her satisfaction. We at Jack Miller Auto Plaza strive to make every one of our customers satisfied, but there is not a return policy in place. In summary we would love to repair Miss [redacted]'s vehicle per our 30 day 1,000 mile warranty to her satisfaction, but we will not take the vehicle back, all sales are final.

There is nothing else to discuss here. If the vehicle has a mechanical issue the customer can take the vehicle to the service facility of his choice.
