Revdex.com,I am responding to a letter I received regarding a customer who has a *** *** liter sedan with 125k miles who bought a *** and had the service provided at my facility at *** *** ***,Laurel, Md*** on April 11th, The service was a Four Star service
consisting of a Full interior Detail as well as Wash & WaxThe vehicle was completed by my *** Certified Technicians, notably my head detailer a MrJayson C*** who has been with me for the past years and has detailed 1000's of vehicles over the yearsAs you probably know over the last years I've been in business we have had people try any and everything you can think of to get non-working parts repaired as a result of work we complete on the vehicles that enter our facility with issues beforehand!!!*** actually left in the vehicle after the vehicle was completed and delivered to her only to come back the following Monday two days after stating she brought the issue to our attention the day of deliveryAfter hearing of the issues involving her electronic trouble I completed a little web research myself and found this to be a very prevalent problem in *** *** vehicles of which I printed out problems other *** owners were having with their vehicles and it was absolutely the same issues she was complaining about word for word for cars built between the years of 2002-with hers being a how convenient?! Our Details do not involve any Spraying of liquids in any electrical parts at all...our practice is the spraying of a microfiber and wiping any interior parts not including carpets which are scrubbed and extracted professionally with a hot water extractor! We offered to take a look at her faulty electrical issues to see if we could remedy her issue without her having to send her cluster out for a rebuild in which multiple companies offer rebuilds of these problematic electrical components...there is even a *** TSB to replace the center stack in the vehicle due to a leaking weatherstrip around the doors and sunroofs which l can reference and provide information on is need beI have been threatened by *** since day with a lawsuit regarding her faulty Cluster and center stack...I have enough evidence of issues regarding this vehicles electrical problems that I would absolutely have no problem taking this to court to allow an unbiased Judge resolve this issueI told *** I would try and help her out as much as possible as far as letting her use my discount on parts to remedy her known issues then I was threatened once again by her friend with a Lawsuit etcat which time I have decided to tell my story to a judge and jury of my peersMy Company will not under any circumstance fix issues in any car that the manufacturer lists as manufacturing defects and faulty electrical circuitry!!!

On Saturday July 9, 2016, I picked my car up after I received a call that it was ready I dropped it off the night before for a detail job I left it with someone name Brandon and I explained to him the areas in the car's interior that were my main concern and needed extra attention He mentioned he would be the one working on the car and he will take care of it When I picked the vehicle up on Saturday after being told work was complete, I noticed that the items I brought to the tech's attention were not complete! The car was cleaned but the trouble areas were not taken care of Brandon did not work on my car, someone named Quinton did and was not aware of the conversation I had with Brandon I signed for my car and left I purchased the detail voucher through LivingSocial and that Monday, I was sent a satisfaction survey I completed it as I saw fit Today, July I have been harassed all day by a representative of Hallstar angry because I did not give them a satisfact
