Review: My company, [redacted], entered into a materials only purchase order on 10/16/2014. Halme Builders contracted us to provide toilet compartments and toilet accessories for a project called the [redacted] for the State of Washington's Parks and Recreation Department. All of the materials needed have been delivered, installed , and PAID for by my company. Also, the General Contractor (Halme), has been paid in full by the State of Washington.
We have made multiple attempts to Halme Builders int he last 6 weeks to get this paid. They have not issued payment.
We feel it is only fair to be compensated for our materials per our signed PO.
ThanksDesired Settlement: We are owed $8,550.00 from Halme Builders. This includes the two original PO's and the additional change orders.
